Thank you so much 🙏🏾 and may your dad rest in heavenly peace, he raised a beautiful person
Bless this man. He’s the epitome of that Bronx Tale quote by DeNiro “The working man! THAT’S the tough guy!” 👏
Yea, he's very nice conductor!
A man that seems genuinely happy and excited to interact with the people and enthusiasm for his job. A special person. God bless him
This is what happens when you find your calling. The career that was meant specifically for you. It doesn’t seem like work. It feels like going to your other home and getting paid for a service that you enjoy doing. I know the feeling.
Be the Change you seek in Life. He has a peaceful aura.
I love this man. BUT you didn't get him saying "Stand clear of the closing doors, please!" That is one of his best lines! I LOVE how he says it.
That is another guy. Charlie Pellett from Bloomberg.
@@ThomasRichterMedia only the older cars have the conductor speaking stand clear and the newer cars have auto
He’s probably the only conductor I would understand over the mic when he is announcing anything 😜
im from UK and i probably understood 20% of what he was saying 😂

He’s happy with his job. I’m pretty sure I heard him on the train announcements before
I feel great for this guy
This guy is a true legend and chad, I hope he has the happiest and sweetest life. This is the greatest NYC and MTA operator.👏👏
In my many decades of riding the subway I can say I have the greatest respect for all the operators and conductors. This man is a special gem
It is great when people are this happy in their work! There is nothing wrong with being happy on your job!

I ride the one train almost every day, and it's always nice to ride the choo choo when this man is the conductor. Keep up the good work!
I Love That RailWay Conductor Guy The Most
i think ive been on the train with him before, god bless him
"We gonna be passing though Queens. Please for your own safety keep your hands at all times in the vehicle and DO NOT make sudden movements. (If possible have a fire arms on you, at least a 22)"
Best TH-cam Video In The Universe
You know what, this very conductor may have yelled at me about two weeks ago while railfanning the (7) line. The guy looked a lot like him, and I'll tell ya, he was the opposite of happy.
Such a unique job in a lovely unique city. We as NYers in the hustle and buddy wand everything in between tend to easily forget these that literally drive the city forward. I recall during my time away in the Army I made a joke and said “stand clear of the closing doors” and no one got it. Except this kid from the BX who laughed out loud.
Transportation is a pretty challenging profession. The job may not be hard work, but the demand of your schedule and always being on the move isn’t as easy as some people think. Railroad though is probably the best job to have as far as transportation goes. Bus drivers probably have the toughest job, and they’re the ones I have the most respect for with what they deal with on a daily basis.

I seen that conductor before he was friendly to me.
He clearly has the best life.
God bless this man and all train crews! They have the unenviable responsibility to keep NYC moving safely…a task too often taken for granted by the likes of those who utilize the system for other than intended purposes. It is the train crews who are to be celebrated.
Best conductor of the 1 train
Brilliant - he's awesome!
LONG LIVE RAILWAYS, EVERYONE ! LONG LIVE RAILWAYS ! !

I’m not gonna lie I’m not gonna lie if I ever become a train conductor or a train operator I’m gonna act like this and better because I’m already a nice cool guy so imagine me with millions of New Yorkers I’ll have them loving and laughing at me 😂😂😂😂❤️
I haven’t seen anything about an upcoming conductor exam. You seen or heard anything?
Are there no conductor in the front if the conductor is in the middle?
this guy used to be on my 1 train every day
Loves the man
Good job do you know what the voltage of 3rd rail is phase to ground and does each car or the engine have a transformer stepping down voltage to 120/240 volts like in your home fore lighting
on route to Marble hill to take the MNRR to Tarrytown and railfan, i encountered this man! i had a great talk with him. super nice guy!
i swear i have saw him before!
I need to find them does he still work there I want to go to New York someday
That's one coolest 😎 Subway Conductor ever.
Why are there conductors in between cars...? Our trains in Chicago only have one conductor and he/she is at the front of the train.
The conductor is in the middle to control door operation. The train is divided in 2 sections here the front(first 5 cars) and the rear (last 5 cars). The conductor has to close the door in each section in order rear then front and monitor the safety of the train as it leaves the station so they are positioned at the middle and the train operator is in the front.
NYC has 10 to 11 cars compared to CTA's 2 to 8. They have the T/O exclusively operate the train and have other people do the doors.
PATH has the conductor in the 1st or 2nd car, but they run 7-8 car trains à la Chicago. Some NYC trains are 600 ft, eight 75 ft cars (on former IND/BMT lines). IRT trains are 10-11 50ft-cars. The safest and most logical position is to have the conductor in the middle of the train to ensure no one is caught in the doors or being dragged by a moving train when the doors close.
well in the UK we dont even have a conductor on the Underground 😂
@@Simulation101YT or the Overground, but they need some on the Overground.
Love it 🙏
Idk what the rule is now, but over 20 years ago, if you hit a MTA conductor, you’ll go to jail for 6-8 years.
2180 Bro Was Lucky Was On The R62As Beford That 96th St Derailmeng
Not too many MTA conductors aren't like that
Quick question
I'm a 20 year old college student, is it ok can college student allow to become as a conductor

When you apply to be a conductor for NYC, do you choose which line u wanna be on?
Yes. I think the you are switched around depending if you apply for A division or B division.
