I think the Dodge Omni GLHS had cousin car in Chrysler Europe called the Talbot Lotus Horizon.

@@davidjackson2524 Somewhat late reply, but, no - the Talbot Lotus Sunbeam is a totally different car. The Omni was based on the French designed front wheel drive Horizon, however, the Sunbeam was rear wheel drive and designed in the UK. The Lotus engined Sunbeam was a homologation car for use in rallying.
Lancia had a saying back in the day in rallying "If you want to win take a Finn" 😂
Worth mentioning that the rarity and badassery of T16 is why it's being sold at auctions for upwards of 150k dollars. Pretty sweet for a 1984 hatchback .

I agree that the supra mk5 is way better in any way than the mk4 was, to be fair I really don’t care about these cars, I would rather own a z4 than a supra since they’re the same cars ( the z4 looks more mature and sophisticated in my opinion).
These videos are clearly inspired by top gear and the humour that characterised it. I mean, I’m a fan of Jeremy, James and Richard, as any car guy is, but they also said some pretty dumb things over the years. I don’t take theirs opinions nor his to be the only ones valid. This guy is starting his own TH-cam channel and he’s providing original content, I might not agree with all of his statements but I find him funny and entertaining and that’s all that matters to me.

Two others, both quite insane for their time were the Metro 6R4 and the MG Maestro turbo.
I think you had a great countdown overall with these choices, that Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 was just plain mad. Same with the Clio V6. One thing to nitpick though, I'm pretty certain that the Focus RS has 345 hp, not 315.
Oh and the hatchbacks at the end were these: 1. Dodge Shelby Omni GLHS, 2. Nissan Pulsar GTI-R (I really would love to import one of these), 3. Alfa Romeo 147 GTA (completely bonkers).

Dodge Omni? I drove one my Senior year... it was awesome! Had my house stereo speakers in the hatch... crank the volume dealieo right off listening to Danger by Europe..., you know, to attract the lady’s! So much power under the hood. Had to punch it for a block and half just to make it up a hill. Good times... good times in the Omni!
I'm disappointed that Golf GTI and Honda Type R didn't make it here they are the most inspiring hot haches ever

Expected the BMW m140i to make the list, rear wheel drive 3 litre straight 6 turbo. 340hp (allegedly) in a hatchback and no LSD....crazy.

Peugeot 205 T16 and the Lancia Delta Integrale EVO II were definitely my favourite. I like The Peugeot because it reminds me of the Koenigsegg Transformers mode (the thing where the body panels and doors are all open) and I like the Lancia because it looks very good.
I've always loved the Renault Clio V6, that car is awesome.

I own a Ford Focus ST mk2, and I can tell you that it's awesome. eventhough it isn't as extreme as the RS or other sports cars, but that's fine. it's economical, but way faster then a more common car. and you can style/tune it however you want, to make it your own... for not too much money
I am surprised that you didn't mention the Golf 2 Limited ( 1.8 16v supercharged 210hp AWD ) or the super rare Mk4 R32 DSG or the A59 Mk3 although last one was just a prototype.

Yo nice video, BUT you forgot the 2003 Ford Focus RS8 - Another hatchback with a V8 from the Pony Car himself, Ford Mustang!
It´s a Cammer 90 degrees V8 from Ford Motorsport with 425 horsepower, RWD for real drifting.
Also the fog- and reverse drive lights in the rear bumper are gone - there are similar shaped muffler tips - one complete exhaust system per clinder bank. Now that is a real badass and the only way hatchbacks should be built!
MG Metro 6 TR. I think it was called. It was another rally car from the early 80s. Made in Great Britain

The Clio races in Gran Turismo are difficult. The Clio Phase V6 can only be won by winning them. You must use a lower spec car.
