The BMW X6 was the #1 car on my list and GET THIS!!! Mercedes COPIED THEM!!! So take an SUV then compromise it in every way!! No space no storage!!! What a stupid car. The X5 is fine and has plenty of room but the X 6 is just stupid
I wonder when the GLS Coupe and the X7 Coupe will come. Theres people who actually buy that stuff. In Germany almost every time I see an AMG its the GLE 63S Coupe. Lets face it - nice cars are dying out!
I think the mclaren GT is the best thing between a sports car and a luxury coupe.

There are straps to hold the luggage in the rear compartment
And the new Koenigsegg Gemera may be the best thing between a hypercar and a 2+2 coupe...unlike most 2+2's though, it has enormous doors and properly enormous amount of space in the interior to fit a whole family of four...and like a hypercar all it comes under the rear is insane power figures, with a 3-cylinder mated to three electric motors making 1700 hp.

I read above that you cannot put more than 500 kg in it, so that defeats the purpose

His point was that the X6 M is doing things that other BMWs were already doing. The X5 M was already a good performance SUV with the same powertrain (just with more luggage space & headroom in the back). If someone plans to just drive on the road, but still wants back seats; the M8 coupe exists.There's also the M5 as a practical, but fast option for the road (and it's more powerful & lighter than a X6 M). If those are too big for you, then there's still the M4 Coupe and M3 sedan. Really, I can't think of any good reason to buy a X6 M over the other M cars.

X6 M was exclusively designed for Russian urban areas. It looks gangster, it goes very fast down the Moscow rings and it’s rugged enough for awful Russian potholes. It has a huge fan base in Russian.
Maloo on another hand is a true Australian legend. Story goes sth like… bring wife to church on Sunday, eggs to the market on Monday and go burn some rubber and race against your mates afterwards. I think maloo is actually way more practical and charismatic car than some two seat sports car. True multipurpose vehicle.

The Avantime is way more useful than the coupe SUVs. You may think that a 3 door minivan is stupid, but the doors are huge (which is also a negative if the parking is tight) so you can use it as a full on minivan, but look cooler (also it had a V6 option)
The hsv maloo is for the person who can't decide whether to get a sport's car or a pickup. In the morning you can haul the fishing boat to the boat ramp, then hit the track in the afternoon. SMART👏👍😎😍

The maloo is a ute. It has purpose, just has a lot of power.
mclaren gt has heat resistant plating between the trunk and engine bay and it doesn’t ever get above a certain temp that is more than suitable for carrying anything, there’s also straps to hold luggage down

@@TopCarsTV That's because marketing gotta keep it simple. People who are are buying this kind of niche car probably dont have a lot of time to make the decision. If you are going into technicalities, you buy the more practical/statistically better car.
If you analyze the footage Mercedes posted, you see that the engine only revs up to around 9K rpm whilst an F1 engine revs to about 15K rpm. I wouldn't quite consider that an F1 like experience

I have never seen a C3 Pluriel with its roof down, and I've been to spain like 10 times during summer or fall. They're super common there and even in the scorching sun, they had their soft top down if even. Makes it even more obvious how impractical that roof was lol

and for some reason it is still very popular, at least here in Europe. I'd say it's to show off that you can afford an almost 50K+ $ useless BMW. Like literally you can get a base X5 and M5 for that price, so you have a big car and a sporty one.

I saw a Reliant three wheeler on there, and I disagree. It was built with three wheels to make the tax bills considerably lower (it could be licenced as a motorcycle in Great Britain, so less taxes). It has that dull shape so that people and stuff can fit inside. It's inexpensive to purchase, meaning that people could buy those things that couldn't otherwise get a vehicle. And in Great Britain, where it rains a great deal, driving one is better than walking. And oddly enough, the front wheel is entirely in front of the engine, meaning that the Robin is actually a mid engined car, er, motorcycle. And Reliant made a number of four wheel cars, so they knew how to do it. They were just basic cars. Oh, and some nut had the idea to base a sporty car on it. That car was the Bond Bug.

The HSV Maloo is literally the modern Australian equivalent of the Chevrolet El Camino SS. Sadly we can’t get it in the states because our outdated federal requirements for imported automobiles are dog shit.

I disagree with your assessment of the Holden Maloo. Not everyone works 24/7. This car is meant to be able to work during the day - but have fun after work. It is a joy to drive - and terrifying when you let it rip around a track. Think of the state Henry Ford was in when Carroll Shelby took him for a spin in the GT40 from "Ford v Ferrari" and you get the idea!
yet you said it yourself, all luxury brands now have a X6M competition variant. It only means, consumers love this crossover.
