Hello i have 12pcs 550 watts panels which are connected all to pv1. At peak hours im only getting 5.5 kw max instead of 6.6 kw. I was expecting atleast 6kw. Maybe you know whats going on?
6.6KW is the efficiency fully converted by 12 solar panels. This is related to the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar panels and its load configuration, weather conditions, battery power, and mains power configuration. Generally, solar panels will not achieve 100% conversion efficiency.

When I switch off a table fan connected to a POW-HVM10.2M a 51 error fault code shown occur and shutdown the power output.

Hi, PV1 and PV2 are equivalent to being connected in parallel, and the total power of PV1 and PV2 will be read on the inverter. Make sure that the solar panels connected to PV1 and PV2 are exactly the same, installed in the same direction, and connected to the same number of panels.

These are On-Off-Grid Inverters, If you have the approval from your Grid Provider you can send your excess current back to the grid. However, since most countries govenment or the grid provider asks for inverter certifications to allow the grid feeding feature most of you may not be able to do this. I do have 20pcs of pv panel with spec 455w with Voc-49.40V and Isc-11.66A. how do i install this 20pcs pv with my 10.2kw powmr hybrid inverter??
Need to connect all 20pcs, right? You can try 10 strings and 2 parallels. In this way, the total power is 9100W, the current is 23.2A, and the voltage is 494V.
I can see its not dual mppt its only 1 mppt. My question is in the instruction the PV1 and PV2 channel max pv array power is 5400W each and 18 A IMAX pv. The max VOC 500vdc I guess its also splitting 250vdc PV1 and PV2 right?
Both PV1 and PV2 can be connected to a maximum of 500V.
This probobly the reason why im getting 5.5kw only at pv1 after connecting 6.6kw

egI noticed that you only had one black "HOT" wire going to one of the 2 line input terminals, and one green wire going to the ground terminal, which is bonded to the chassis. What is the second input terminal for? Should I assume that the installed black wire is for L1 while the empty terminal is for a red L2 whenever we connect a split phase L1/N/L2 like the ones in the USA for 240VAC? You connected only to one terminal because you use a 240 single phase... right? Please correct me if I am wrong. Also there is no clear explanation as to what the second output terminal does. Although I thought it was a second parallel output to the first at 240VAC, It actually seems to output between 42-48VDC at 3200W according to the user manual...But what's the purpose then? It I get that output as it is described, I could actually connect a second inverter then... But wouldn't it overload the internal output transformer? Originally I thought this was the second phase output. But I am told by Powmr that it is not. Moreover I checked the resistance. Two of those output terminals are bonded inside, making it a common terminal, while one output read 'OL' and the other reads 0.800 Mega-Ohms. So this is definitely an unbalanced secondary output which I do not know how to use, since the tech supports of their vendor(in my case it's Ysolar in China) is useless ...

The 10.2 dont have the split function, the L and N is designed for 230 AC.
If you need a USA 240VAC, you can choose sunsmart 10K, which has the split function you are looking for, and its AC OUT is designed for USA (L1, L2 and N)
Hi Amy, By now, I'm very aware that the 10.2KW model is not a split phase inverter. I am going to make it a split phase inverter because I just cannot afford to pay 2.25 timeswhat I paid for just to get a split phase output. I'll to it myself by connecting a step up/down transformer to the output. That's the easy part. But i need to know what the second output is for. That's something nobody at Powmr has been willing to answer to me. Tony Zou just answered "The second output will be given priority" and that's it... Well which one is the first and which one is the second output? The left or right? the 8200W or the 2733W? Which one is given priority over the other and for what purpose? How can I enable or disable it to control a specific load? I know both outputs measure 240V and share a 'Common' terminal connection. Can I connect them in parallel for the full 10.2kW ?or do I have to put a 32A and a 10A before doing so. I noticed that the resistance of one is 'OL" while the other is 0.8M ohm. Also how do they relate to the programming parameters 41 and 42? do they react to the battery voltage set point between 40-46 VDC? If so is this priority based on a power saving scheme? I would assume that whenever the battery reaches that programmed setpoint the inverter works at 2733W only, to prevent the battery to discharge too fast? But I'm just speculating here. I'm writing a novel and and getting short answers that only prompt for more questions... You're trying your best, I know and i thank you, but that's so frustrating because I feel that I'm being kept in the dark and that my questions are a bother to you.. really!

The difference between the Main output port and the Second output port:
You can connect your load on the two port. However, the Main output can stand more load and the higher power watts load (Like refrigerator, air-conditioner, water pump), while the second output port can stand some indispensable load, like your lumps, laptop, iphone charge.
if you turn on the Dual output mode on the 41 setting “L20” and set the 42 “44V”. When the inverter detects that your battery voltage is closing to 44V, the inverter will cut off the load you connected to the Main output port, keeping feeding the load you connected on the second output port.@@francoisguyot9770
Then, please make sure not to open all the load you connected to the inverter at the same time, especially when you connected several inductive load on it.@@francoisguyot9770
@@amyliu5169 Thanks Amy, you just confirmed my assumption about the power saving mode. As it turns out, the larger the inverter, the less efficient it becomes. This is actually a nice feature as far as I'm concerned since it won't drain my battery excessively at night because my system is a 100% off grid. Now the question is which is the main and which is the auxiliary output? They're not labeled... I assume the left is the main and the right is the auxiliary... am I right? According to your manual, if dual output is selected by parameter 41, the main load will allows 10.2KW while the secondary load will allows 3400W. Then, using both outputs simultaneously should allow 13.6 kW ! But I do not think so, otherwise this unit would have been advertised as such... and it's not. So i assume that the total combined output power stays at 10.2K max.

It will be easier to describe the problem: PowMR 6.2 KW inverter The installation of photovoltaic panels is 3.6 KW, the inverter is not connected to the battery and is not connected to the grid. I have a 2 KW water heater connected to the inverter output. The inverter will not turn on the heater even in full sunlight. If I turn on a 500-watt receiver instead of a heater, the inverter produces electricity. How to set the inverter to provide current all the time regardless of the load, I want it to provide as much current as is currently in production and not to turn off when I turn on a larger load.
