Your explanations and demonstrations are perfect. Only slight thing you could have explained is how you sized those AGW wires and circuit breakers since those inverters are not the same. And their cables will differ. Other than that Great job.

That's a nice explanation. I have a question. What's the difference between "Hybrid Inverters" and "All In One Inverters"? For example, "POW-HVM5.5M" vs "POW-HPM5.6KW".
Hi, the hybrid inverter has the function with Grid-off and Grid-on, while the all in one inverter indicates the off grid inverter with its own built-in mppt.

Or just get the Hybrid?
@@807800Yes, the all in one is for off-grid. Do you need to transfer power to the mains? If you don't need it, you can choose any one.

I have the US-POW-SunSmart 10KP-NYF. Batteries show 54v but the inverter with not turn on, on battery alone. It will in PV alone but only shows 10v on batteries.

I ordered your 6.2kw Hybrid inverter, it keeps on giving me Error 51 which according to your manual it needs to be brought to service center, I chatted with your Customer Service in your online store and only instructed me to check the item by disassembling it and testing it. Can I just have a replacement of the item? Checking and disassembling the inverter just makes me more frustrated that I bought and paid in full yet I feel I'm the one who is doing the job fixing it...😢

Just ground the inverter. Because the solar panels are connected to the inverter. Grounding the inverter is equivalent to grounding the solar panel.
The SPD is also connected to the solar panel. Just take them as a whole and ground them on the inverter shell.

@@YakubHasan If you are grounded from the grid, then the input end of the inverter does not need to be grounded. If your output needs to be grounded, you can connect the ground wire to the inverter's housing screws, and then ground the inverter's housing screws.

@@postiemania This model does not have its own neutral point grounding. But yes, you can do the neutral point grounding yourself.
@@PowmrSolar thank you. In Australia this is called the M.E.N. system (multiple earthed neutral) and this keeps the neutral wire at earth potential.

@PowmrSolar POW-LVM5K-48V-N. This is to be installed in an off-grid camp where power will be provided by a PV array and battery. Occasionally a gasoline powered generator may be used to provide power on demand , but no electrical utility is present. The POW-LVM5K-48V-N will power a typical residential electrical panel. I would like to know if the neutral bus should be bonded within the panel or if they should be kept separate as in a residential subpanel.

How can I connect the output to RCD for the 10.2kw model? It has only two output pins. Is the earth ground connected to the output N pin internally?
The ground cannot be connected to the internal N port of the leakage protection switch. The output terminal can be directly connected to the ground screw of the fuselage shell.
It is recommended to connect to a standard AC circuit breaker rather than a leakage protection switch

I just got a 10.2 invertor. My question was do it start up and work with no batterie conect on the invertor..
Hi, yes, but we do not recommend working without batteries, as PV generating electricity during the day without batteries is not a constant process itself.
The PV may be high or low, and it does not completely match the customer's load usage habits, which will lead to the fact that when the PV power generation is good, the load may not be used so much, resulting in waste; or when the PV power generation is not good, the load needs a lot Electricity, if PV cannot be brought up, it may be completely replaced by mains electricity.
If there is a battery, it is different. If there is more PV, it will be stored in the battery. If the PV is not enough, the power in the battery will be used. Except for special circumstances, the mains power will be used.
I install 6.5kw powmr inverter. 8 solar panels jinko n type 580 watt install in series. When I consumed 2000 watt above. Inverter showed error no 8 bus voltage is to high. How can I solve

Why is there no ground cable for the AC output?
The machine usually has a grounding screw. You can connect the ground cable to the grounding screw.

@@PowmrSolar , I want to confirm that the 3 wires for AC go directly to the 3 slots for AC INPUT and not the ground screw on the chassis. The AC OUT wires L and N go to the AC OUT slots (L and N). The ground from the AC OUT wire connects to the ground screw on the chassis.

22AWG wire for connecting a battery? Most inverters come with thick 2 AWG wire for hooking up the battery.
