1. After merger, how MFs will respond like selling their shares to follow sebi guidelines. We will be eager to listen from you on this important aspect.
Because of this merger any problem for IDFC first bank??
What will be the impact on Mutual Funds of this merger?, as per regulations, mutual funds cannot have more than 10% of allocation in one stock, and after merger, possibly allocation will increase.

Thanks for your video on hdfc and hdfc bank merger
I have a doubt on it:-
If conversion ratio is 25 to 42 then why hdfc Ltd is always at a discount of 3 to 3.6 percent from the ratio mentioned above
for example current price of hdfc bank is 1464 . So by calculation hdfc limited must be 1464*42/25 = 2422 but it's trading at 2371 ?

4:18, it is said in the video that NBFC cant have Fixed deposits. Few years back i had fd with one of the leading NBFC's. So I think it is incorrect in Video.

So, HDFC Bank will have all the assets i.e be the promoters for other listed/unlisted group of companies. That means other income of HDFC Bank will include dividends from them. I think it's a morepositive move for HDFC and slightly positive for HDFC Bank investors
