Waiting for your weekly video on Triveni Engineering and Industries limited
In the current economic climate, a home is not the best investment. I've already sold my Boca Grande area home, but I want to invest roughly $200,000 in stocks since I've heard that even in challenging times, investors may turn a profit. Any excellent ideas for stocks?
The truth is that if you make the right picks, you could make killer riches very quickly, although such profit usually needs expertise, as in hedge funds or financial managers. I personally prefer the latter.
I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advlsor, I currently have $985k in a well-diversified portfollo that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in st0cks, but you also need to be knowledgeable.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Her name is Annette Christine Conte can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like
Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
Our economy is facing challenges due to uncertainties, housing problems, foreclosures, global fluctuations, and the lingering effects of the pandemic, leading to instability. The rising inflation, slow growth, and trade disruptions require immediate action from all sectors to restore stability and promote economic recovery.
With the US dollar losing value to inflation and other currencies gaining traction, uncertainty looms. Yet, many still trust in the dollar's perceived safety. Worried about my $420,000 retirement savings losing value, I seek alternative security for my money.
With my busy schedule, I struggle to find time for in-depth investment analysis. For the past seven years, I have entrusted a fiduciary to oversee my portfolio, effectively adjusting to market fluctuations and providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. I highly recommend considering a similar approach for those seeking successful financial navigation and well-informed investment choices.
This is definitely considerable! Do you think you could suggest any professionals or advisors I can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
Just research the name Desiree Ruth Hoffman. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I appreciate it. After searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get. A call has been scheduled.
If you already have bajaj finance.
There is not much incentive to get bajaj housing. You are already indirectly invested in the company anyways.
On the dot analysis. Exactly my thoughts. Pretty high ipo valuations given low margin and extremely competitive sector.
Sahil U r considering only half of actual figures. For e.g. PE as on 17th Oct is 67, Market cap is 1,16,000 crore. PB ratio is 6.52
Not possible…Bajaj Finance created huge wealth because it was a 400 cr mcap in the 2000’s …how can you create such wealth with a mcap of around 7-8 billion usd on IPO… It is growing at 25-30%…at a large base…Bajaj Finance grew at 40-45% at a very small base and the market was nascent at that time…My take is BHF will be a compounder at best…a long term bet…a 10-15 year long play
It will be at least 10 bagger from here in next 2 yrs
We are already in high interest regime so no way interest rates go high rather all waiting for rate cuts and people in India are looking to buy houses with Crores of money and govt favouring affordable housing. Any real estate cycle normally runs for minimum 6 yrs to reverse so on note we are just done with 2 yrs and another 4 yrs left
@@TheTruthUltimate so what will be the mcap with 10x in 2 yrs....around 10 lac crore...mcap 2.5 times of Bajaj Finance...more than ICICI bank...near to Merged entity HDFC bank+ HDFC....what should be its revenue in 2 years to reach that mcap....its revenue for the FY2024 was approx 7800 cr...and it is seeking a valuation of 7-8 bn usd...8 times its revenue....do you think its revenue will become 80000 cr in 2 yrs....and then market will value 12 times its revenue...what are u smoking my friend
@@TheTruthUltimate even with low interest regime...they cannot grow revenue 10x in 2 yrs....go and read or listen to management guidance..last 3 years they have grown at a cagr of 31% ... management has guided 25% hereon...lets say its conservative....and I take your interest rate cut into consideration...lets say they grow their topline at 40% cagr ...even then in 2 yrs at best they will barely more than double their revenue....so you cannot arrive at your lofty valuations
@@shaazjed1979 So what are your thoughts on buying post listing? Can we expect 20 % gain if I buy on listing day or will it correct?
Congratulations to all those who have been allotted this IPO.
I still prefer jio financial services for pure lending/NBFC play.
Yes jio finance is a good bet
Sir can u make a video on what is happening in Tanla platforms? Why it's profit growth has reduced to 10-15%?
Mistake: At 1:16 it should be 2002 and not 2022
Sabse achhe hote hai aapke analysis...God bless you 🙏 💖
Yes, fully priced. Long term play.
😂
Can i hold bajaj housing Finance ipo for long term or better to avoid.
Same question
Never. When it comes to loans and housing loans, common people prefer SBI, LIC etc.
Best to book for listing gains.. this isn't Bajaj finance of the 2000s..buy only if it comes below 75
Another wonderful analysis by Sahil which is not that easy to be known even by good investors at times. I agree that buying at PE above 50 is expensive and should wait for correction to make entry if dont get in ipo. Sector is promising along with company becase backed by Conglomerate group like Bajaj. Thanks Sahil for this video.
Currently it’s pe is 33 rs
Hello Sahil,
I have been following your channel for long time and today became the member too.
I have 50 Lakhs of Mutual fund and want to start investing in stocks with initial investment of 5 LACS.?
Could you please guide me or create a video for how should a starter with lumpsump money invest in stock market with long term view of 10 years?
Thank You
Please do video on multi-bagger Authum Investment & Infrastructure. It has completed a Rs 3351 crore takeover of former Anil Ambani company Reliance Home Finance Ltd (RHFL).
I will apply for one lot. I am a shareholder of bajaj finance.
Please also include PEG Ratio along with PE and BV in your presentation as it may gv better picture of valuation even if the PE is high and growth in EPS is also high
Don't look PE for Housing finance company, see ROA
Retail loans for electronics and automobiles are different from housing loans. People would first prefer to get loans from government banks
Great analysis Sahil. I agree that the valuation is fully priced into the IPO price. Its good for long term or listing gains at best but it would be a bad idea to buy at PE over 45-50 for sure
Waiting for your weekly video on Triveni Engineering and Industries limited
Applying for IPO and if allotted will hold for long term
Can you pls post an video on coffee day enterprises...it is trading at cheap valuation to its book value... Is it good to consider now?
I Got the Allotment under Shareholder category ❤
How many lots applied and how many lots allotted?
Waiting for this Video... Excellent analysis and very useful.... I think it is looking the same as TATATECH listed at high premium later due to higher valuation share lost its path and made a low to match its PE levels...Might be the same, maybe seen in BAJAJ HOUSING FINANCE as well... So if you get allotted enjoy the premium wait for adjustment of PE to its valuation for longterm investment....If Sahil says it has a very deeper meaning about its future....
Your analysis is good. But there no criteria for share price increase. Lot of loss making companies, for example Paytm, Zomato, etc. commanding a higher share price. Investors are buying those stocks also😩
It will become come 10 bagger in next 2 yrs
Zomato is in profit na?
on policy bazaar there is NFO Bajaj Allianz life Goal Assure III- which has a Alfa fund etc. how benefitting it would be.
Majority of ipos recently listed had a 1 week to 8 days bull run after which steady decline. I have invested 1 lakh which i will cash in on friday after profit. I was expecting ola to go past 180 and it crashed its better to short sell in ipo and invest that profit on a better long term stock post profit. Hope it helps
Like lic hsng,canfin homes
Good analysis. Will apply.
Last one (premier eng) applied , but no luck.
If list on GMP no margin of safety 👏
Good analysis , ++jfs also joinig the race.
Is there any share holder quota from BAJAJ finance applicable for this IPO?
Please advise
Lovely video ❤
Detailed analysis, Thanks mate
Hi Everyone, Im alloted with Bajaj finance 1 lot, Can we hold for longer term considering the other Bajaj subsidiaries or can we sell it on listing day?
i'm alloted too, thinking of selling it just because of valuations only, no fundamental issue
@adarshyadav2686 yup too much overvalued
Thank you ❤ for the analysis
Superb analysis... Welldone Sahil...
Very well explianed, thank you sir
How apply share Holder Category in Bajaj finance IPO
Very high valuation, dumb investment for retail small investors.
Thank you so much Sahil ji
Excellent analysis
what will be the PB?
sir pls reply its better i apply 5 lots each in my 3 demat account or apply 1 lots each in my 3 demat account which one is high chance of getting ?
1 lot each from 3 different accounts
Apply one lot in each account
1lot apke account se, 1lot apke Spouse ke account se, 1lot apke mother ki account se, 1lot apke father ke account se, 1lot apke sibling ke account se apply kijiye confirm 1lot to milhi jayega...
Being Bajaj Finance shareholders are going to get shares of Bajaj Housings?

Thanx for this video Sahil 👍👍👍
Another Great IPO Analysis from sahil !!
Nice as always.❤
In my kite account I have Bajaj finance so I got the mail about the shareholder allotment, but my family members has Bajaj finserv and did not get the mail so are they eligible for shareholder allotment??
You are the best❤❤❤❤❤
Great analysis!!
Will go upto 300/- and the fall
😂
Please make a video best etf and screen
great work sir
Pls discuss about your Mutual funds portfolio
You are great sahil ❤🎉
Ipo will list at issue price or below
What happen if shareholder don't apply for allotment bid
Good analysis!
Why people with so high CIBil score take loan from NBFC than they could take loan from bank at lower rates.
It's the people with low cibil score or those are denied my bank I guess.
If the buyer has property in rural areas or towns nationalised banks don't approve the loans....I'm one of them
Competitive Interest rates
Even with high CIBIL score where SBI offering loan @8.9% BHFL offers 8.25%, surprisingly this is the reality
Quality inputs🎉🎉
Please make a video on Bajaj health care also
Bajaj health is also a good pick. I get paid stock suggestions from an expert trader at some charge. They suggested me to enter Bajaj Health for long term. The long term view is 3 to 4X.
How can 58000 market cap would be large cap?😅😅
It would be a mid cap
I got alloted 1 lot..is it good for longterm?
Yes do not sell , it is gem
Please analyses about all e technologys share 🙏
Very useful information
Thanks 👍
WILL APPLY FOR LONG TERM
Good information sir
Thanks. 👍🏼👍🏼🙏🏼
Thank you 🎉
Great sir 🎉🎉❤🎉🎉good noleg
Thanks Bro ❤
Thank you Sir
Bajaj Housing listing - the counter will crash on the day of listing - Volumes will be tremendous
I hv Bajaj Finance shares will I get Bajaj housing Finance shares also post listing??
No
Share holder record date?
Sir discuss jio finance
I got 1 lot bhfl
Please put a analysis about vodafone
I get the allotment😊
Jio finance is more prospective company than bajaj finance. I prefer jio finance than bajaj hf inview of high valuation
What's business jio finance has?
One lot got it
01:05 it's 2002 not 2022
Target :- 300
👌👌👌
A V O I D
😂
Hindi me bolo

I'm favoured financially, Thank you. $32,000 weekly profit regardless of how bad it gets on the economy.
This must be an investment with Mis Kristine
She helped me get back what I lost while trying to trade.
Wow, I'm surprised someone mentioned that Mis Kristine, thought I was the only one trading with her.
I think trading with an expert is more preferable for those with little knowledge about crypto trading mostly now with the market condition.
I agree with you
I always look up your videos for update! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Thank you Mrs Fiona, imagine investing $1000 and receiving $5,300.
You're correct!! I make a lot of money without relying on the government. Investing in stocks and digital currencies is beneficial at this moment.
please educate me, I've come across this name before, Now i'm interested
I'm from the Delhi, me and two other friends of mine immediately tried it , we testified , she is a performance of Wonder
I started my investment with $15,000, a week later, we had grown to $55,000. This woman!! absolute genius
when someone is straight forward and good at what she does best. People will always speak for them. For me I would say give Mrs Fiona a try and you be happy you did
LICHSGFIN price to book value 1.21 is attractive valuation.
It's an oversold stock. I entered in the recent fall at 680 levels.
Check the NPA to understand the reason for low valuation..
@@iAnshulG yes I understand but when it's improving NPA it will be sky rocket 🚀
What is price to book means., pls explain
@@dheenas5600 price to book value is a most powerful tool to judge value of financial companies like bank, nbfc. Book value = equity capital +reserves + land, building. Mainly reserves is growing meaning company fundamentally strong.
jio finance will eat everyone
Was jio able to fully eat airtel?
@imcrazy7432 😆🤣🤣
