My first Bike was a 1400ccm Intruder and my second Bike is a XJR 1300RP19 and it is sooooo lovely and smooth. The handling is a dream and for sure…if you like big Bikes…this is for every driver’s Skill. From beginner to pro. 😎

i bought XJR1300 and Suzuki 1800r as my first bikes 2 years ago. There is nothing wrong with it to be your first bike if you are over 40 and do not rush anymore. Just relax and stick with what they taught you in the motorschool. life savers, keep the throttle under control analyse traffic constantly, use breaks steadily and don't break speed limits. XJR actually is a very forgiving bike, respect it and don't be intimidated by its weight.

XJR 1300 my first big bike, I must love it because I still have it 😎
The silver top carb model you are riding has the best tank shape of all the models.

Love my XJR1300. It's an absolute brute of a bike and the bottom end torque is unbelievable.

I had a 2003 on an 04 plate xjr1300 Yamaha I also had the later 2014 fuel injection model and an fjr1300A Yamaha. I'm thinking of buying another xjr1300 Yamaha I'm looking at a 2002 low milage standard spec bike this weekend. They are awsome muscle bikes. I bought the 2002 xjr1300 Yamaha and its an awsome bike. If you keep the tyre pressure,s Right by the book it will have no handling problems that you can get with these bikes. These are proper muscle bikes.

It’s not quick dude ! It’s torquey in the mid range , but it’s 105 hp , 76ft/pound torque at 6000 revs , not quick by any standards but it’s a good comfortable retro muscle bike roadster

Out of all the bikes I have Ridden and owned the xjr1300 Yamaha has got the best pulling power in top gear than all of the bikes I owned, that includes an unrestricted FZ1N Yamaha with the 20v R1 Engine in it.

unbelievable.. a big big bike.. ride a 109 .. z1300 .. vrod .. then step down to the xjr .. a bikeshop review with mirrors flopping around & parking your arse over that intersection pedestrain cross & questionable "filtering".. yeah.. wheres the experience all on video 😵
