When I was sixteen like 16-17 years ago, I was obsessed with the Offspring and AFI. Both had a string of amazing albums, and some only on ones. AFI was signed to the lable under the Offspring, and Dexter Holland features background vocals on some of Black Sails. The Offspring also remade the song Total Immortal to help AFI gain recognition. I started the most popular of each's albums, but that doesn't mean they are the best. If I'm not mistaken it's the house of blues... so not a small venue... not a stadium... but still a good sized venue. This was during the Americana tour... so the 2nd time they took over the world (the first being smash in my.opinion) - all their shows during this era would have been sold out for sure!!
Some places (probably more back then) allow you to do that. I saw the Descendents a couple years ago and there was people stage diving throughout the entire show. The only time security had a problem with it was when someone was up on the stage for too long
I saw recent footage of the kids aren’t alright and it seems he’s just grown out of that angsty voice, probably hits the notes better now but it feels a lil weird. These guys have made some of my favorite music though

Like a freekn time machine..instantly I'm back in the mid 90s, in high school, an awkward chubby kid who discovers his anthem! 28 yrs later married to a beautiful woman wth a bunch of kids and a career..ironically music like this help me discover my Self-esteem!
