JOHN DEERE 3650 RESTORATION PART 15

- It's been a while since we had time to work on the John Deere 3650 restoration project. It's all hands on deck this week as we call on Gerry Sheridan (ex mechanic from Meath Farm Machinery) to give us a hand to put back on the cabs. Gerry is a great help and has his own Tips and Tricks to help us to do it right. Slow and steady is the advice and if you have another JD machine on hand make sure to cross reference it as you go along.
One down, one to go so this will be the job for the next rainy day. Paul is delighted with the progress and it won't be long before we are taxing the 3650s for the road.

Looks like yeas made Gerrys day by asking down and get invited in a great project. He's a wealth of knowledge and experience and especially passing this onto the next generation.

Great work , the 3650 s are looking good , coming together , the cabins are alot of work , I am doing my 3350 cabin , slowly but getting their , your 3350 looks good also 👍 .

What model of air seat did you fit. I’m doing up one also and some of seat’s are big for cab. Where did you get upholstery and what size tyres did you get
Bought in Meath farm you have to trim base slightly to make fit in around €600
@@finnegansfarm9137 that’s great to know will get one.👍I’m trying to retrofit air conditioning and I’m hitting problems with bracket for air conditioning compressor just wondering could Marco make one for me sometime. Happy to pay you for it. Totally understand if it doesn’t suit
