FM (Guadeloupe?) and TV (Panamá) DX July 13, 2021 from South Florida (read below)

Here is part of an absolute MONSTER sporadic-E TV AND FM DX event (14 hours long), July 13, 2021.
This video was captured live at 2053 UTC that date.
What we have here, I was told by another DXer, is from Guadeloupe in the French West Indies. There happened to be a Global Tuner SDR located there; I was unable to hear anything on 98.6 on said SDR; but the same programming seemed to come from 100.2 on the dial there. It sure sounds French to this ear.
The TV screen shows my first catch of Telemetro, NTSC channel 6, Boquete, Panamá, per dxinfocentre dot com.
Any info or confirmation on this 98.6 catch would be appreciated. BTW we could use more FM and TV DXers in the Eastern Caribbean!
