Soft fluffy delicious Amasi Scones| Soft Scones Recipe

3 eggs
1 cup amasi
1 cup of sugar
5 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoons baking soda
Pinch of salt
259g cold baking margarine
2 tablespoons of vanilla essence

What's the baking soda for?

Baking soda and baking powder creates self raising flour, you can always bake without it, I’m glad they came out amazing
