I was 5 when my family watched it😭
It's unsettling but at the same time, very camp in a weird way.😂 You can't tell me that a drag queen or a home building lesbian wouldn't tear all these Bride in Black and Red Demon apart but this family is struggling so much with what is basically a Halloween convention. 😂

Barbara Hershey also had her own moment as a Scream Queen when she starred in The Entity(1982). It's the best film that I can't recommend anyone watch. It's brutal, terrifying and she gives one of horror's all-time great performances. The whole thing serves as an allegory about the ways in which men don't listen, care about, or understand women.
That moment that shook Wes in the baby's room literally got me. I was the only one on the theater and it was my first viewing and I literally screamed 🤣
Your reaction to that little boy dancing to Tiptoe Through the Tulips is what I was waiting for. Lol. It did not disappoint. The scariest moment in the movie for me. Actually got chills when I watched it.
So happy to see we were not the only ones going through it with this movie!! Definitely here for Rose Byrne and Patrick Wilson, this was everything!

Insidious was definitely the last horror movie that really scared me. The music, the jump scares, all of it! Fantastic movie. Can’t wait for the new one to come out.

I once had a nightmare about the hag in the black dress. So vivid and scary. I was lucid and knew I was dreaming. Could even feel the dream turning into a nightmare. I just couldn’t control the dream. She appeared and attacked me. I fought back and as I was hitting her, she just starting laughing and kept laughing in my face. Then I woke up.
4 Chicken nugget? Get him the 6! Im dead.
So, yeah, the "bride" demon/ghost basically was distracting / trapping him at the end of the movie, when he's like shouting into the mirror, basically, he kinda' gets trapped in the dream / astral mirror, and the demon basically takes over his body...
I wish I had seen this one in theaters. Thankfully my nephew, also a horror fan, recommended it to me. I watched the same day I watched “Paranormal Activity 3”, and the jump scares were getting to me! Sometimes the jump scares are predictable and annoying, but not with these movies.
I can't wait for you to watch the prequel, you'll find out a very important thing about a certain scene happened in this first movie. Can't wait!

I'm a straight guy, but thx to ur reactions I strongly believe that the only way to watch a horror movie and to not have it affect ur sleep is to watch it with a couple of gay friends 😂. You guys just bring the lighthearted atmosphere to an otherwise terrifying experience and always bring me out of the scariness of the situation right at the right moment lol. So thank you 😊

I was 7 or 8 when I first watched this, very much against my mothers advice, and of course you reap what you sow! hahaha Armed with a pillow and peeping through my fingers, I remember how much I despised the soundtrack, so creepy! Still love this franchise, looking forward to the upcoming film!
Would you consider reacting to Panic Room? It's more of a thriller than a horror, but there are plenty of scary moments.
