Yeah, I am not sure the bikes were any faster than walking! LOL. Still, it was fun. Loved seeing the trees with the snow plastered on one side. Windy, ya think? You ran into some wind of your own on the top, but is was so beautiful. Breathtaking, really! This was an awesome adventure, Paul!
It was a bit of a schoolboy error really but the intention was good! 😁😁. This is my first venture into this area and I cant wait to go back. The cairngorms are renowned for their windy and wild weather. I think some of the windiest conditions in Scotland have been recorded here! Fantastic day and thanks for coming along! Paul

Hi Paul, just in from work and watched this straight away, class video as always and some super drone shots at the start, pity it started playing up after that. Yeh that path was a nightmare, a good cameraman never stops filming even exiting the bike🎥🤣🤣. It certainly was a day of 2 half’s weather wise. Some super shots of what the weather was like on approach to summit. Hopefully get to venture out again soon, take care, Frank🏔🎥👍

Hi Andy, yeah I have only did one other Munro on my bike but a lot of these cairngorms munros you can do the first long section on a bike......but probably in better weather 😀. We had hoped that the weather was going to stay like it was in the morning but not to be. Quite an exhilarating walk and some careful navigation required. It would be so easy to wander off in the wrong direction! Cheers mate. Paul

That looked tough when the wind picked up but what fabulous images once more. You both certainly put in the effort on this trip. It did look so rewarding though. A bike ride on the ice is not the best idea but it did hopefully ease the approach. Thanks for taking us with you once more.

Only filmed myself coming off once Stevie 😁😁. It's the garmin GPS 66. I have always had it but never really needed to reference it. Been using it more recently as I'm a relative novice with the winter navigation. Paul

@@summitwithstevie6934 I got so used to working view ranger that it became second nature. Outdoor active is not as intuitive and I haven't got used to it yet. As you say though it shows your exact location and that's all I need to. Combine that with a map and GPS and there are no excuses!
