On the passenger rear brake line where you said was a pain in the ass they have a dowel and you can take a small punch and bend out and pull the old line out then run new line in and take channel locks and bend it back.
I don't think it will, my personal bike is smaller that this one at 84" and my garage door only has 82" of clearance at the header. Basically same lift, portals and tires. Mine just has the cage chopped 4".
How wide were you on the 4” portals? Can’t seem to find an answer to that and with what wheels and offset? I can only go 65 where I’m at. Currently have 32’s on 2” forward offset arms and 4+3 wheel and barely clear my bumper. Need a gear reduction and 4” portals would be the easy answer.
I'm not exactly sure how wide I was on the 4 inch portals. My rims were 18" 4+2.5 itp hurricanez and I still fit on a 6x12 trailer. I had 32s with my 4" portal they were 30% reduction and did great.
Was sourcing parts for this difficult ? Ive got a 2021 northstar crew ultimate I’ve been interested in lifting but finding parts has been difficult. I’m looking to do more of a rock crawler but if you have a detailed parts list you could recommend I would find it helpful thanks
It was slightly difficult because they changed alot on the 2021s so no one had parts at first. Shoot me an email 3broffroad@gmail.com and I will send you a list of the parts I would recommend that we used.

You cleared the front bumper with 37’s? I put 32’s on mine with 2” forward arms and barely clear the front bumper.
He cleared 35s with just the arms. 37s after the 6" portals were on.

@@3BROFFROAD 10-4 thanks. Need to find someone with a ranger with 4” portals that knows how wide they are with them. 65” trail limits here.
Well, portals add about 4" per side and depending on the model of bike they are 60-65" wide from factory. Hope that helps some!
