I have the Massey Ferguson 245 and the mx5400 kubota but I like the Deere’s too. There are a lot of green tractors in my area, especially the big ones. You’ve got great looking pair and they will certainly get the job done. Have a blessed day!
I too like the tires set out wider like you did Ben. Sure is a nice looking pair of tractors you have. I can’t wait to see your new one in action. Enjoyable video Ben. Thanks
Looks like you're having fun. Hope you enjoy the Deere as much as you did the Kubota! The wheels on my Massey 5455 were set at 60" on center and I moved them to the widest position so I wouldn't ride on the windrows made by my Krone rotary. It's also much nicer round baling when I have to weave to square the bale shoulders on narrower windrows. Very similar system on the MF with the rims etc. That Deere looks like the platform is a lot higher than the 6060. Maybe you'll get lots of snow and you won't have to wait to cut hay to get some seat time! Light snow on the ground here in NWIA and 2 below predicted for tomorrow night.
Nice Looking John Deere Tractor...I'm sure you will enjoy it for many years... I just upgraded my 2005 Montana 5740 tractor to a Kubota M7060 Cab a couple of week ago. I'm going to miss seeing your Kubota tractor videos.....Thinking of moving my tires out. Not sure how the extra width will effect hauling the tractor. Keep the videos coming.....
I had my Kubota out as far as it would go on the rear. With a deck over trailer it won’t matter, but if you have a trailer with fenders it might. Thanks for watching
Weights got put on yesterday and set the rear wheels out a bit. Built a tie down anchor point on the front and weight carrier if needed. Still trying yo decide on a brush guard idea. Thanks for watching
That works on little tractors it's a whole lot different on our big ones that's the reason we get ours set they stay and we never pull our duels off we have wheel wedges and a bolt we turn to adjust and they are a pain wish we had a little Johnny like that for certain things but it's not worth the investment no more than we would use it
I’ve always been told to stay clear of the John Deere tractors that end with the letter E because they’re made in India and are of low quality so I really like to know how you like this tractor after a few months or years
@@Impeach44 well we’ve had one for two years now that has been great so far with about 300 hours, and I own a Farmtrac built in India that has over 3000 hours. Also the 2600H series Massey’s are built in India. Thanks for watching
I just added 1,000 lbs of rear weights, it has fluid filled rear tires and I have a 1500 pound 3 point weight when needed. It will be well ballasted. Thanks for watching
Not sure I understand the comment, unless you’re throwing off on John Deere. That’s fine because I got a good deal on this one, some people just aren’t good negotiators I guess.

Thank you very much!
Nice job on the tires, moving them out is the right thing in my book. Those two tractors sure do make a good looking pair! Have a good night!
Yes they do! Thank so much!
I have my case set the same way. Better stability with loader on. Thanks for sharing Ben.
Thanks for watching!
You have some beautiful equipment great choice like I mentioned to you. I always loved John Deere equipment. Awesome pair.❤️
Going to be nice working them together in the hay! Thanks
@ that is great that’s awesome. Can’t wait to see you. Use them. ❤️
Hey thanks for the video and how to move them wheels out the tractor looks great.
Thank you!!
This is why I've like watching your videos. I always learn something new.
Glad to hear it! Thank you
@khtractors you're welcome

I put my rear weights on today and set the back wheels out just a bit wider also. Hoping my loader comes Friday 🤞! Thanks for watching
I love these types of videos, I like learning of any kind. Have a good one.
Thanks, you too!

Believe it or not Ben I really enjoyed this video, the tractors look great together
Thank you so much!
Those tractors always look good set out wider. Gonna have to get a green baler to go behind it next 😂
Yeah I set the back out a bit more today also. Thanks for watching
Good video that I always make the dealers set the tires out before they deliver it
Yeah I was going too but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do at the time. Thanks for watching
That made a big difference, God Bless
Thank you!
Great video buddy 👍
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks
I might watch a video later around 6:00. If you want me to oh okay ❤
Ok! Thanks
@khtractors maybe I can watch a video Friday if I'm not too busy this weekend oh ok thanks
Good night I see you on Friday oh ok 👌
Looks good
Thank you!
When are you going to throw on the rear wheel weights and are you gonna whip up a add on to the brushguard.

@khtractors nice. Have a good one Ben.
Now you just need a JD baler 😂😂.
Can’t afford one of those 😅’ thanks for watching
Wider better stability and I think that it looks better.
Thank you!
Good looking tractor. I think your dad may have just claimed your tractor lol.
Yeah, I think I will take over the new tractor. Pretty nice.
He said he feels more comfortable operating it than the Kubota. Thanks for watching

I did the rear today with my overhead crane at work. Thanks for watching
My only question is the front loader that you've chosen will it be compatible with a larger bucket that matches the width of the front axle ?
@@randywhelan8944 bucket might not be hardly as wide but that’s fine. My last tractor was the same way. Thanks for watching
What are you doing tonight
Been working on the tractor.
As far as I can tell the JD is roughly the same spec or class as your Kubota. What is the weight difference between the two?
The Deere is about 1000 lbs heavier. Thanks for watching
Anyword on the loader ole buddy
I hoping maybe Friday but not sure. Thanks for watching

Good luck finding a utility size tractor not made overseas. They all are every color.
@ that’s right.
I have owned several e series and currently have a 5075e. They are good machines.
@ good to know!
