Looks a sturdy tool. But I wonder why he didn't put the grid on the base? Or am I missing something. 😂

Thanks. It is a great stamper I use a glue stick on the back of my stamps so they don’t fall off the stamper.

I have prima princess stamps do you think it will stamp good with this?

I am not familiar with the stamps. As long as they are clear or have foam on them if they are rubber, they will work. If they are rubber w/o foam then it won't work.

The magnets came with the platform. Check to see if Tonic sells additional magnets.

Don't get the magnet bar. It looks too thick. It won't let my stamps stamp properly. After doing some stamps, I took out the bar magnet, and stamped other images and it came out better. Now I wish I can get more of the circular magnets. They seem thinner.

I am having trouble getting some clear stamps to cling to the platform (tried cleaning all)
..was thinking of puting some stix2 non slip grip onto the lid..can anyone advise me please

You can brush some "Tack it over and Over" tacky glue (Aleen's) on the back of those stamps.

I was trying to stamp some clear Mama Elephant stamps and it's not stamping very well after about 5 times. Do I need some padding for it?

@@ScrapTimeVideos It worked ok with my Lawn Fawn stamps. I didn't have many Mama Elephant stamps at the time. But I still had to stamp it at least 3 times. But the Mama Elephant Little Panda set it didn't work well and another stamp set, too. I think I did Me and My Yeti about three times and that came out good. But I had moved the bar magnet out of the platform when I did Me and My Yeti. So I don't know if that was the problem. I wish Tim Holtz sold those circular magnets separately for the platform. It came with 2. I'd want at least two more. I've been looking for them online.

What are the benefits other than using the old usual Acrylic block?

One of the big benefits is it allows you to restamp an image exactly if the first time didn't stamp as dark as you wanted. It also allows you to position a stamp before stamping so you get exact placement. This is great for layered stamping or adding a sentiment. So perfect stamping every time.
