- Right when we thought the snow was gone until next winter we got a foot of snow up here in Colorado and the dogs went CRAZY! There is a reason why they're called Mountain Dogs, just watch a few seconds of this video! You also can't forget my Great Dane Baloo (who's only 10 months old) and our lil fluff Paxton who love snow days and being up here with the Berner Pack! Join us for a walk in winter wonderland with the some of the most beautiful animals in the world! Nothing like a spring snow day here at Relentless Ranch!

I had to say goodbye to my girl of 9 years last week, and I regret that she never got to run around in snow... but the again she was a big wuss who hated walking even on wet grass so she probably would’ve hated it 😅

So I ADORE bernese mountain dogs and I have tried EVERYTHING to persuade my mum to get me one for my birthday but she wont budge any tips ? 😅 questions: could they be indoor dogs, do they eat much , and do they chew on stuff ? Love ur channel I can see it going far in the future. -Bernese Mountain Dog lover 😂
Do your homework on this breed for sure, read, read, read! They are very special and not for everybody. They love the outside cool weather but must have air conditioning, not out in hot for too long or sun, they shed A LOT, they HAVE to be around people so yes to in home, diet is important to keep weight off joints, no cheap food (give quality food), they are very powerful and must be worked with not to pull on-leash and taught the no-no's for all puppies to chew only on acceptable things, no rawhide! no digging and so on. The breed is prone to many health issues and it can get very pricey having one if you don't carry pet insurance or have disposable money honestly which is why you should research and buy from a responsible breeder always that does genetic testing for health. If you are not committed to a fair amount of work to have one, then please just admire them from afar. Well taken care of, they are wonderful companions otherwise. Just an advocate for the preservation of the breed :-)

We lost our beautiful boy last June and are still struggling as we miss him so much , would love a puppy. This is the best video yet , it is just wonderful to see them all loving the new fallen snow, just beautiful to watch them so happy.Thank you for posting the puppies and their growth, you guys are the best, your mother is a fantastic breeder , her love and attention for them is outstanding. thank you.

You always hear not to buy from “breeders”. But it is so refreshing to see how amazingly happy these pups are!!! I can’t wait to have a Berner some day. hopefully it will be one of these beautiful babies
You just need to do proper research on breeders to make sure they are doing everything right for the wellness of the dog and breed!
Actually you are supposed to buy from breeders and not from stores. Most store bought dogs come from puppy Mills. Living in horrible conditions and having lots of health problems later on from inbreeding.
Nika Mo - I meant comparing to animal shelters not buying from stores necessarily. Many people feel passionately about rescuing from shelters rather than buying from stores OR breeders because of the vast amount of animals who are surrendered or stray and end up in shelters, some being kill shelters.

While the action cuts are cool and all, I think there's a good amount of people here who'd like just 30 minutes of just looking at the doggos run around having fun. Just add together most of the longer recordings of them running around having fun without having to cut every 4 seconds.

Our Bernese just turned 9 months old. She loves the snow, and will always be our little puppy. Currently separated due to Covid-19 however your videos make me feel so much better. Can only hope to one day have a ranch full of Berner's hehe.

They're just such happy dogs! Yes all of ours are playful gigantic lap dogs!
They love the snow. It invigorates them and they are joyous. Thank you for sharing!

What is the feeding routine like? Do you have to separate them or are they all free fed?
They get fed 3 times a day. They are really food crazy like a lab would be, we separate them a little but they all eat together for the most part!
My Maximus would love that! But I live near Vancouver BC and we hardly get snow. Only 250 miles north of Seattle so similar weather. I have to take Max a couple of blocks from my house to the ice rink so that he can jump in what the Zamboni dumps out.
haha might need to make a few trips to whistler! they go so crazy in the snow!

Great video this is why I want to leave the Midwest and head to Colorado. One day it can me 60 and the next day you might get a foot of snow. We have this type of weather it can be 60 one day like January 1st and three months of bad weather. How did you get the snowflakes to look like sharp falling snowflakes. Thanks for your answer. Its amazing up here! a little tougher lifetsyle with the winters but the dogs love it and thats all that matters! as for the the snowflakes, low aperture and slow mo with sharp focus! Grace really is a keeper!

Hello guys love the videos. We have a 5 year old bernese named Bruzzo. Recently over the passed 6 months hes been having these bladder infections. We have taken him to the vet and there not sure what the problem is. It comes and goes, we find that cranberry juice helps alot. Any thoughts why this mite be happening? Thx guys
So sorry to hear about your Berner! My best advice for anything medical is to take them to the vet. If you find your vet is struggling with an answer or treatment I would look for another vet to get a second opinion. Please keep us updated on Bruzzo!

I just got a Bernese mountain dog his names bernardo. And he’s awesome. I love him I’ve never had one before I’ve only ever had pitbulls. Hes me and my boyfriends 10th dog. Training has been the only downfall not even potty training because he’s great with that its just the acting up/chewing. I’ve only had to train my pitbulls and they’re very different breeds Bernardo is a huge softy too so that makes discipline harder. Do you have any tips for BMDs?

OMG Morgan, you're killin me! If there's such a term as Berner Junkie...it's me. It doesn't get any better than this, a slice of heaven, big heads dusted in the snow with those gorgeous eyes looking up that melt your heart. I was hoping for that late 'freak' snow storm here in PA, cuz we didn't get diddly this year, but it never happened. We'll all just live vicariously through your family's dogs, ha! So awesome to see Baloo and Pax romping with the 'Big Pack'!! Eat some snow for me! Looks like next year will be Rollo's first romp in the snow since he's only 11 weeks right now! Can't wait for our snow walks together, I had so many with my Odin... he was in his GLORY and so was I!! Enjoy!
Aww thanks for tuning in Christine! We live for these dogs here, the whole house is designed around our berners! Were ready for spring and warmer weather but the dogs go crazy in the snow, they love it more then I could ever comprehend! I think this one may be the last snow of the season, the pups certainly tried to get their fix until the fall! Cant wait to hear how your pup loves the snow! :)

So good! I love watching this over and over and over. > > There are a lot of Bernese Mountain dog videos on TH-cam, but I like watching Relentless Ranch videos the best. The dogs are well cared for before adoption day, the house is clean and maintained, the yard is dog friendly, all of the puppies are happy/healthy, and the family truly cares about the breed. I don't see other videos hit all of the important boxes like R.R.

I don't know how this ended up in my recommendations. But I love it. I'm Swiss, so Bernese Mountain dogs are familiar to me. And I always love it, when I see one. Your video is lovely. They seem to have their best life with you. And of course. They belong into the snow. It's already quite hot here in Switzerland. So I'm happy to see that they can cool down in your place. 😄
