hot take: i feel like ordinary sans IQ should have a higher IQ since the whole time he purposely makes these puns so he can make you not know who he really is and make you only think he’s just a brother of Papyrus who likes ketchup. But who he truly is… you don’t need to know tbh everyone know who sans really is but he literally studies your journey and keeps making you reset over and over again because he already exactly knows how he will break you and will keep doing it until you choose the good ending. Heh, when Intelligence becomes a completely overwhelming CURSE when not kept in check by Morality that is this hierarch I cant help but feel sad for the last few in this list :( knowing all of the Sins of Humanity can do when Sans looks to the player and not his opponent to transcend it all into godhood I'm glad this whole AU thing has slowed down but i can somewhat see why this Story of Undertale got so MASSIVLY Overblown in the fanfiction world due to its uniquely VERY Intense charm and core morality concepts and the freedom to take that wherever they want it to be all the way to reality altering godlike status trying to have it all bleed into our reality some how some way as the years go by no wonder Toby made Deltarune after that lightning in a bottle and us being excited for the upcoming chapters with sprinkling characters and concepts from our beloved Undertale yet I do not want to force any sort of expectations on the man who is doing quite well for himself with Nintendo's attention on him greatly these days there's a reason why both games got on the Switch and their radar he's basically the next Shigesato Itoi doing his own thing
