There are regular humans and gifted humans in Undertale. The gifted humans are the once who could use determination, save, load and reset as said in the hidden lab. Here’s my opinion So even tho hyper death has INF def and atk he still got beaten by a small human only because they kept coming back But gaster stats are all 666 - 66666 making him “the devil” but since he fell in the void no attacks could harm him making him invulnerable like sans dodging Sans does solo chara at some points in level but when it comes to erase he can’t dodge it But sans does have his times he does strike her down but chara can reset making sans slowly tired since he knows resets and can’t keep attacking forever Papyrus can’t attack toriel and asgore in his base form but if they killed sans he would have a boost of attack because he had to see all his friends die making him disbelief papyrus phase two and three can solo toriel and maybe with a 0.1% chance of asgore Again this is my opinion so nothing here can be right or wrong
