    I wish I watched this before class this morning. 😅Helpful stuff! I'm having trouble kipping under fatigue right now but I can chain like 7 or so T2B early on. I can do strict T2B too. It might be weak grip because the wods I've been doing with them have been super grippy. (heavy kb swings, DB snatches) Thanks for great content! :D

    Do you recommend grips for learning kipping TTB? When would we introduce the grip? And which grips for kipping beginners?

    Damm, I’m at level 2. I can do a hollow body really well on the ground but can’t on the bar. My whole body is completely loose when I’m on the bar even when I point my feet forward. I don’t ever feel my core activated.

    So other than toes to bar progression and improvement… what strength exercise is gonna best help improve this move? Any ab work?

    I love what you’re teaching but what is the best progression for someone who is 290 lbs and it’s hard to hold onto the bar?

    I really have a hard time kipping. I recently realized I think it’s due to lack of shoulder mobility. I can’t get my head through the window! Any exercises /stretches you recommend? Thank you- love your stuff!

    Does it make a difference for people with longer legs? I feel like I have a hard time I’ve been training for a year now but still can’t fully get it.

  • @katiesinger3673

    I can get a couple of these but I always lose my momentum with kipping for some reason :/ I’m going to get these soon though

    How long do you recommend practicing each step before moving onto the next?

    • @WODprep
      @WODprep  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Matthew - work until you get comfortable with each step and it all comes together. We recommend 2-3x per week on accessory work.

    I like control precision when doing but due too your sport competition that wouldn't work.
