I breathe in while moving through my arch and out in my hollow/when my toes touch. I try to keep my breathing calm and smooth and in sync with my reps for as long as possible
Actually she can still string the t2B with her kip by just engaging her shoulders. If she engaged her shoulders she will not swing. She can still do the straight legs but she needs to get more upside down. Think of when you were a kid and you swung on the monkey bars. You got your legs to the bar by getting your head back to get inverted. It is the same concept. The flick to the bar is a good technique, but it can get taxing over time. I like the straight leg staying tight because it becomes more efficient over time.
Keeping my knees bent going to the arch position is really helping me stringing them togheter. 🎉 🙏
