I really enjoy your videos and I don´t want this comment to come across as hate or anything. I just didn´t like that it felt more like an advertisement than a review. No comparisons in heat-up-time to other kettles, no measurement of the exact temperature, no exact pouring rate, no critique-points... I would like to see more in-depth-reviews in the future with a more critical approach. Keep up the (otherwise) good work!
Hey josh, it would be useful if in future kettle reviews included actual temperature measurements with an external thermometer. Seems that every kettle doesn't behave equally good in every situation
Hey Josh, what do you think about the large one for doing pour overs? I like the larger capacity and the larger spout for daily uses, just wondering how you found the lager spout for finer work?
how pedantic are you with your pours? -- It's not ideal - but certainly doable. You're able to pour at around 8-10g / sec. For reference - ideal pouring is around 4-6g/sec for pourovers. I move a lot, and looking for a new kettle that will be easy to take with me. Something that won’t break but will still be light enough. Would you recommend this one?

Yea flow is a little more consistent on the EKG over the 10cm stream threshold- otherwise pace of flow, and balance of kettle whilst pouring are on par

A friend gave me a Kenmore electric/cordless kettle. Love it, worked for over a decade. I spend my $$ on quality coffee and organic milk /cream

those are pretty expensive, just get an oxo for the same experience and function, I have the OXO gooseneck adjustable temp

NO, completely different brand/. Next to each other the differences are easy to spot

The spout is not condusive for pour over. Except french press or Aeropress

Kettle can be ready when you are!?? Whats the point mine takes 1.5-2mins in this time i setup the brewer and grind the coffee..
