Just amazing, Billy! Each project was brilliant! I’d love to see what Shelley would do in woodworking! It’s wonderful that she’s shown an interest and that you show her how to use the tools! And of course, love seeing Stanley! And I see all the suggestions for the $10,000,000 stick- I bought that. 😐 To be quite honest we weren’t impressed. It kept slipping even after we roughed up the soles. We wound up just using scrap wood with either rubbery/sticky shelf liner or sandpaper to hold small pieces at the miter saw. You still have scraps- with your creative mind, I feel that you can probably come up with something much better. Looking forward to the next video! 👍🤘🌟
Hi Billy, Another great video... I didn't know you could make bookends from scrap wood! ☺ Excellent use of scrap wood, and please keep that type of projects coming. This suggestion might be out of your comfort zone but have you consider making a video of making a fence or door for your open workshop?
Cheers fella… yes one of the projects I’m gonna do in the near future is some better fence for the opening with a better gate. The existing one was only ever a temporary thing to stop Stanley getting out onto that busy road. 👌
Shelley has the right of it: Hand her the stain and step away from the workbench. The lady definitely has the eye for color (Colour to you). Good projects! I like those risers a lot.
You might consider buying what is called a $10,000,000 Stick. It is designed to use at a miter saw to hold small pieces of wood that are risky to hold with your fingers.
I love all three of these projects they turned out very nice. I purchased something off of Amazon called a million dollar stick last year. It's used to help keep your hands away from the blade when cutting small pieces on the miter saw it has saved me numerous times.
Yes fella.. I totally get that, the stain I was using was a spirit based so it seems to stick very well but I do get what you’re saying. For these projects I didn’t really need to use glue apart from the fan. 🪚

Yes I’ve seen those… I’ll get myself one 👌 thank you
That's great. You'll be glad you did. Thankfully it won't actually cost you $10,000,000!
If you friction fit the bookend pieces by rubbing them together the bond will be a lot stronger
Yes totally get that 👌
Love the bookends... Great idea!
Thank you 👌🪚
Love the bookends ❤

Which Brad Nailer are you using?
It’s one from a company called “Rutlands” in the U.K.
I’m not impressed with it if I’m honest.
Are you from Manchester?
Yes but I now live in Derbyshire
Happy days mate
Love your videos
I’m based near Manchester
Carry on 😊
@@mstev5956 no worries fella 👌
great projects but, is no one telling you that if you stain or finish before you glue, then the glue has almost no strength ?
Yes fella.. I totally get that, the stain I was using was a spirit based so it seems to stick very well but I do get what you’re saying. For these projects I didn’t really need to use glue apart from the fan. 🪚
