Please do _not_ underestimate the need to clean your grinder and machine properly - and I don't mean the outside ;-) Even after _one_ week of normal use, not cleaning both has an effect on the taste. Believe me. It is very quick and easy to clean both and get rid of the coffee oil which would otherwise add up constantly to bad and then even worse coffee taste. Last, but not least - _Long Covid_ … No, I am _not_ joking, this might change your coffee taste _more_ dramatically within and for some days than any other reasons.

Coffee to water ratio also has a huge impact on taste. I'm a huge fan on cappuccinos using a Ristretto. Lovely!
