How it just plops you into the cockpit without an intro cutscene seemed a bit abrupt. I'd have liked to see the dropship's arrival through the atmosphere to set the mood at least.
Why do I have the feeling that the game's finishing is much lower than what we saw in Alien Isolation? I find the idea of the game very interesting, but it seems unfinished to me. Looks like a demo. In my opinion, it was a mistake to release it in VR, it should have been released in first person like Alien Isolation.
It's a VR game. It likely had a much lower budget than Isolation did. Not counting Half-Life: Alyx, VR games are only now just reaching the point where they can start looking AAA, partly due to 3 main factors: 1. The tech being powerful enough 2. The growing userbase for VR which would justify spending the kind of money to make a AAA game 3. The time to develop AAA level VR games I thought Rogue Incursion should've been a flat game too until I played it today on Quest 3 PCVR. VR is the way to go. And if you've ever played Isolation with MotherVR, you'll know how perfect the Alien IP is for VR. But it's true that a flat version would definitely help the game succeed. It's a great Aliens experience, nonetheless.

Would have been miles better!

Thanks, that is what i waited for!
safe to say: this game looks amazing!!!
Thanks for the video mate, hope you enjoyed your time playing it
From 20th Century Games, Survios And Wayforward
The aliens have proper shadows ???
55:01 that's so stupid...voice talking ruining gameplay
Really good graphics 👍
How is the game going to try it out next week?
A few bugs in the game that might annoy your experience but other than that, solid and kept me on my toes when aliens were kicking around.
@ I find 99 precent of games these days have bugs all the time
I hope this is an easy difficulty, aliens act like they are dumb, just standing and waiting for you to reload a gun and shoot them.
I have watched other video the Aliens do charge at you not stand their all the time
Was on normal, I was noticing that some Aliens were straight up bugged if they were standing still. Seems that they clip into objects easily.
Do you finish the game?
Are you talking it about being a part one out of two game without it being advertised as such?
Right eye view would have been better .
Please release it for the PS5 and I will buy it!!!
It's only on PS5 and PC
Never heard of weapon stabilization?
If it wasn't finicky with trying to put one hand to stabilize it, yes
They really need to get that fixed. I mean the pulse rifle is iconic, the pistol shouldn't work better 😂
In Alien: Rogue Incursion (2024)
Subtitles for ants?
Definitely wasn't implemented well
