Excited for you and sending healing vibes your way ❤️ I’m 2 months out now and feeling amazing!! So grateful for the surgery and to be able to function properly. You’ve got this! Good luck for next week ❤️❤️❤️
@@jinalnagada2068 I had 7 cm , 5 cm and 2 cm fibroid removed. I’m two weeks post op. So I have a c section scar and 5 smaller on my abdominal area. I’m actually feeling amazing… just some discomfort from my incisions. Those are healing nicely. I noticed immediately I don’t feel my pelvic pain like I used to. My bladder doesn’t have much pressure on it. I feel like I also have more energy as well
@@jinalnagada2068 I have blocked fallopian tubes so the doctors were assuming the fibroids could be contributing to that. I attempted myself to try to shrinking them by changing my diet and taking supplements. Birth control did nothing for my fibroids. Hopefully mines don’t grow back but it’s a possibility. I lived with my fibroids for about 10 years and I was over always feeling tired and bleeding heavy.
Hi sis ..im in my 2 weeks post laparoscopic myomectomy..when i can become normal..when i can do my normal house routine..im in rest now..when i can do my exercise..
Hope you are feeling ok ❤️ I found that after 6 weeks is when I felt pretty much totally normal again but from week 4 onwards I was feeling a lot better. I’m definitely no expert or medical professional but I found resting lots, eating healthy and then carefully pushing my body a little bit more really helped. I waited till about 6 weeks to go back to the gym and took it pretty easy. I started going on walks after 1 week (and could barely go far and was super out of breath) but would do a little bit extra everyday and saw slow and steady improvement. I’d need lots of rest after any movement so it was definitely a balance between pushing myself and listening to my body needing rest. Really hope this helps! I’ve got some videos documenting my recovery after surgery that have more detail in them - th-cam.com/play/PLxyddK34rb_Rq3udNz-KG_vgj_mF1fLVp.html&si=0CV_YCZ9jFr4k60J Sending love and positive vibes your way ❤️
Sending you all my love and good wishes for your speedy recovery ❤️ I know it can feel so scary and daunting but I promise that you’ll do so well and in a few months it’ll feel like a distant memory and all be so worth it! From memory, I had two bigger problem fibroids and they were 6cm and 8cm. I have a full video where I talk about my situation in detail here: m.th-cam.com/video/yNdsaisE7wI/w-d-xo.html My friend had an open myomectomy and she is doing so well now and so glad she got the procedure done. Make sure you rest lots after and I recommend eating clean and non processed food to help heal your body. Thinking of you and sending lots and lots of love ❤️ You can do this!

How was your recovery? What made you decide that surgery is the only way out.. How many fibroids you had. How much you took to recover from it

how long was the surgery?
I think the surgery itself was 1-1.5 hours for me but I had to go in about 3 hours before for the hospital prep.
Hope this helps! 💕
