My advice to any Leader starting on their lean journey

However, the same question has been asked again, “what advice would i give to a leader at the start of their lean journey?” so I thought that i would post here, to avoid duplication of effort in the future!

ISWI is a big commitment. I made a weekly calendar to do 3S in my work area, committed to fill Google form for daily 3S with specific activities. And I am already feeling that I will have a much leaner work area in few weeks, reason lot of excess inventory shall be removed.
