That cut from the resource pack in the staircase build of Grian to normal Minecraft is also one of the reasons why I love their content. They always keep their content on the move or more cinematic in the sense of how the surroundings change according to the scene. also their content in general is just immaculate but just wanted to point that out

I think Mumbo should have won the staircase category, even though you can see the slime blocks and the pistons in the staircase, the flair of a secret spiral staircase is just too cool

I love how Grian talks about playing on an older version. I just found the ps3 Minecraft recently. So I'm playing on a version that doesnt have hoppers.
Its like a treasure hunt to find all the builds and hacks that work for my version! Its kinda fun in that sense.

Did you know...You can use droppers kinda like a cheaper hopper. I happened to get a dropper to fill a chest from the side. you still need one hopper to fill the first dropper though.
@@exemida There are a couple ways around it too, iron farms, mining expeditions, multiplayer mining expaditions. Also I might be wrong but can you not just buy iron from a villager?
@@blob2557 I suppose but the droppers are faster than a row of hoppers.
@@exemida yeah, the thing is even with that trick you still need hoppers every 4 or 5 blocks to keep on transferring and the resources required keep building up more and more anyways

I love Grian's furnace build, even at first glance. Don't think a lot of people will be able to fully utilize Mumbo's furnace build, just getting the materials to smelt alone is insane!

Especially being Brits. That's like the number 1 rule; NEVER tell anyone how good something you've done is, even if you know it's good. Easy way to get people to hate you. Humble isn't a state of mind, it's required thinking in order to be accepted. Brits will literally argue til they can't talk anymore that your thing is better than their thing, and won't be happy until you admit that your thing is better.

This idea should use what you both did for the house video. Grian decorates Mumbo's redstone with buildings, and Mumbo puts redstone into Grian's builds. Bc I reckon, Mumbo could make the train move while you could decorate the farms/defenses.
you guys should do a big colab where grian builds a massive mansion and mumbo makes every aspect of it fully automated, that would be sick

It’s not impossible, it’s just immensely difficult. You’d have to use a shitload of pistons retracting and pushing forward at very very precise intervals and it’ll look a bit abrupt.
