So cool, 15 years 3D rendering (Artlantis, 3D studio, Real, cinema 4d, etc.) and finally a real powerful tool, easy to use, incredibly efficient, a very big time saver, just one word : Thank you, no : THANK YOU !!!!
D5 once again smashing it out the park. Honestly the fact they are free from a bigger cooperate overlord like revit etc, they are free to create the perfect software for architects. What I love most is this is a proper design tool.
D5 render team are the craziest people on the planet !!! Im architect and working the architecture visualization since 2000 I never experienced something such easy to use powerful and accurate like D5 render .. the best soft I always wish have existed… and here we are it’s for real and it has everything we need and more.. You’re the simplest the best Hope the next step they will make possible the physical displacement and even further to have a tool that create urban environments and would be perfect if it allows using custom users buildings…

To be honest, I have been using Enscape for rendering for almost 4 years, but it always lagged when I did exterior renderings. However, when I moved towards D5 render, I really loved its Outputs, so now I have completely shifted to D5 and am really happy with my decision.

I don't get why I only stumbled across D5 by accident. It deserves so much more attention and popularity. Not to mention their excellent educational program that made it possible for me to afford this product for my students' projects.
I switched to D5 render 3 years ago, coming from various other render software (Enscape for quick render / V-Ray or Corona for high standard image). But damn, D5 is so easy to use, quick and get really good output results, that's just amazing. Perfect to boost my workflow. One thing, i wish we could have a bigger library for textures and objects.
This is incredible. My mouth was open from the beginning thinking of all the possibilities of what can be done with this. Probably the biggest update I’ve seen so far
One of the coolest features in this update are terrain and phasing animation. I wish we may have VR export feature very soon well. That fearure will meet the need of D5 as a complete package. Otherwise I need to learn unreal Engine and switching my workflow for various jobs.

It's really crazy how fast this app improving!! These upgrades could take years for other apps to add, while in this year alone D5 got multiple HUGE updates. THANKS D5 team and PLEASE Keep up the great improvement.
And again....another update that is SIGNIFICANT. Thanks d5 team for not charging us $1k+ for updating a ui layout. Each and every update has had major changes and shows the devs actually listen to its client base!
at 2:13 the hexagon tiles fly into the scene from behind the camera and onto the wall. When trying to recreate this effect I can't seem to adjust the position/direction of the objects. I have played around with the Z/Y/X in the advanced option, but they seem to always come from the same direction, any thoughts?

Same here fam! I've only used D5 for only two weeks and the output I get is miles ahead of Enscape especially for interior scenes.
