Ellie loves a lake! Looked a great campsite. Dorset is one of my favourite places to visit in the van. I’d thoroughly recommend Eype House or Highlands End. No lakes, but you can park right on the cliff edge and get some amazing views. Great to see you having such an enjoyable trip 😃

Hi Eleanor I love Litton lakes I stop there when I need a break in my van Domino my berserk Dalmatian loves swimming in the lake its a great site and the pub 5 minutes away is fantastic. My real all time favourite is whiling away the evening with some beer & cooking a hearty meal over a log fire

The swim looked beautiful, have you thought about getting a wet suit to swim in? You could also treat yourself to a spork ( fork and spoon in one) to keep with your cooking equipment. ❤

Swimming! Oh yes. Shirt top just needs a little hemming to not show as much and be good as new! Definitely better storage techniques! Could get suction cups for the front window for tie points. Amazing hot showers, clean up area, bathroom's! Great spot! Don't think we got spots like that here, though I wouldn't know I suppose! Looks like some very nice cold water! Get that blood pressure under more control haha! Don't forget your bamboo ms panda Rain does sound amazing!

@EleanorGraceDiaries You look absolutely stunning 😍(seriously I would love to take you out to dinner one night) I agree with one of your other commentors the top you were wearing at the start just needs taking in a little bit and it will fit you just fine again. There is nothing wrong with eating out of the sauce pan (us truckers do it all the time) saves space in the vehicle saves on extra washing up and reduces the risk of knocking the plate/bowl flying and then having to clean super noodles out of knocks and crannies you never knew existed 😆 the view from your back window was lovely. When i'm on the road I usually sleep feet to driver side head on the passenger side this gives me quick access to the controls such as the horn (should I need it in an emergency) obviously if I'm parked on a slant and I cant level up then i change round because I also found if my head points down i wake up with a stonking headache either during the night or the next morning and as for the rain drops falling on the roof ohhhhh that is just the most relaxing sound and is a little bit of heaven on earth (i put it in the same bracket as sound of Bagpipes) properly played pipes that is and not the strangled mess of noise i make 😆.

I am so envious, you have the life I tried to have. Even though I tried to plan it out and even travel a little it didn't happen. All my parents had always worked so I had work in my blood. So I was always working and girls (girlfriends) kept turning up and my last girlfriend was work orientated well we got married and kids popped up (as they do)... well I am now single so I could do things a bit now BUT working so hard through my life has left me disabled and even though I am now on benefits I an trying to save up for an estate car so I can do a bit of single person living; Well apart from another girlfriend that popped up and in my 60's. also when I was your age "computer" was just a word, no social media, no mobile phones, no satnavs, So it was a lot harder to plan things then ETC ETC

Well that definitely was premature jubilation. I was editing a short video that I took at a local spot I call lickerland, simply, because it is right near the women’s prison. I know, that’s politically incorrect, but I don’t care. Anyway, I looked at my phone and noticed you had posted a video, so I stopped editing to see what sort of crazy stuff you were doing this week. As an Aussie, I don’t know what the hell you are doing going swimming in a lake when it’s freezing cold and pissing down with rain. There’s not many lakes that we can swim in here simply because there are too many birds on our lakes and you’re gonna be swimming in bird turd. There are a few lakes in the country with minimal birdlife on it that you can swim in. Apart from that, we have plenty of ocean to swim in. Our rain drought is officially over although over three days we probably didn’t even have 10 mm of rain, but at least it was widespread. It was still 22 or 23° and fairly humid anyway and now we have at least a week of fine weather. It’s going to be around 24 or 25° so that’s pretty good for the last month in autumn. It’s a pity that when you lose weight it starts off at the Norks. If you end up looking as flat, as Keira Knightley, you know you’ve gone too far. I heard that she first auditioned for the role of the sunken chest in pirates of the Caribbean. I’m still slowly getting my ambulance together and trying to decide where I’m going to have what. I’ve been changing my mind so much I think I’m transitioning into a woman. Just kidding. I’m just working out how to utilise my space a little bit better. I have 2 50 L fridges that I have to fit under some seating that may turn into extra bedspace (in case I get lucky). As usual, I will await your next episode to see what sort of mischief and mayhem you create for yourself . Travel safe. How much they charge at campsite and was it just for vehicles or were tents aloud il come for a swim with you save you from the birds lol
It was £22 for the night. Such a bargain and one of the best campsites I’ve been to 😄. You can use a tent there too 😊💕

When i'm on the road I usually sleep feet to driver side head on the passenger side this gives me quick access to the controls such as the horn (should I need it in an emergency) obviously if I'm parked on a slant and I cant level up then i change round because I also found if my head points down i wake up with a stonking headache either during the night or the next morning and as for the rain drops falling on the roof ohhhhh that is just the most relaxing sound and is a little bit of heaven on earth (i put it in the same bracket as sound of Bagpipes) properly played pipes that is and not the strangled mess of noise i make 😆.

That place looked incredible I would of bought an inflatable kayak and had a paddle around that lake as well, deffo one of the best places so far you gone, looked safe and well equipped with shower and toilets. Was you in the car camping when we had that thunderstorm the other night? By the way I love that top you was wearing at the start as well☺️❤x
I am so envious, you have the life I tried to have. Even though I tried to plan it out and even travel a little it didn't happen. All my parents had always worked so I had work in my blood. So I was always working and girls (girlfriends) kept turning up and my last girlfriend was work orientated well we got married and kids popped up (as they do)... well I am now single so I could do things a bit now BUT working so hard through my life has left me disabled and even though I am now on benefits I an trying to save up for an estate car so I can do a bit of single person living; Well apart from another girlfriend that popped up and in my 60's. also when I was your age "computer" was just a word, no social media, no mobile phones, no satnavs, So it was a lot harder to plan things then ETC ETC

Well that definitely was premature jubilation. I was editing a short video that I took at a local spot I call lickerland, simply, because it is right near the women’s prison. I know, that’s politically incorrect, but I don’t care. Anyway, I looked at my phone and noticed you had posted a video, so I stopped editing to see what sort of crazy stuff you were doing this week. As an Aussie, I don’t know what the hell you are doing going swimming in a lake when it’s freezing cold and pissing down with rain. There’s not many lakes that we can swim in here simply because there are too many birds on our lakes and you’re gonna be swimming in bird turd. There are a few lakes in the country with minimal birdlife on it that you can swim in. Apart from that, we have plenty of ocean to swim in. Our rain drought is officially over although over three days we probably didn’t even have 10 mm of rain, but at least it was widespread. It was still 22 or 23° and fairly humid anyway and now we have at least a week of fine weather. It’s going to be around 24 or 25° so that’s pretty good for the last month in autumn. It’s a pity that when you lose weight it starts off at the Norks. If you end up looking as flat, as Keira Knightley, you know you’ve gone too far. I heard that she first auditioned for the role of the sunken chest in pirates of the Caribbean. I’m still slowly getting my ambulance together and trying to decide where I’m going to have what. I’ve been changing my mind so much I think I’m transitioning into a woman. Just kidding. I’m just working out how to utilise my space a little bit better. I have 2 50 L fridges that I have to fit under some seating that may turn into extra bedspace (in case I get lucky).
As usual, I will await your next episode to see what sort of mischief and mayhem you create for yourself .
