For this particular case I used free opensource software called CloudCompare which happens to be quite easy to use , versatile and does the job just fine, otherwise Cyclone is the one with most high-end capability when using 3d scanner. If you already have cloud files I recommend experimenting with CloudCompare. Hope it's helpful...
