Trying JOLLIBEE for the First Time! 🇵🇭 Jollibee's Fried Chicken! First Time in the Philippines!

Manila, Philippines - We finally made it to the Philippines! And where are we starting our food journey? That is correct, we are going to Jollibee. We heard Jollibee is the most popular fast-food restaurant in the Philippines, so we had to stop and see for ourselves.
Come along with me, as I try my first Jollibee experience. I’ll be ordering the most popular menu items, such as the spaghetti, fried chicken and hotdog.
Also, there is one thing special about this particular Jollibee location we are visiting. They have a robot, called Jollibot, who delivers food to your table. I’m really excited to introduce Jollibot to you and give you all a chance to see him at work.

There is a 2-piece version of the burgersteak. I always order the spicy chickenjoy because it is better than the original. If you are in the Philippines, better try jollibee chickenjoy over popeyes because the latter tends to be drier.

The chicken gravy is different from the gravy that's on top of the Burger Steak.

The jollispaghetti is based on the Filipino home cooked spaghetti recipe served during parties in every Pinoy household. Since it usually caters to the local palate, the flavor has its share of criticisms specially from foreigners not used to the way Filipinos cook their spaghetti. So hate it or love it, nobody can change the way we Pinoys cook and love our pasta. Welcome to the Philippines!

So true, should have explained that the gravy was better than KFC. The chicken was crunchy and well seasoned. But I'm a big fan of Popeyes, so I have to say Jollibee chicken is in the top 3 chickens, and I'll leave it at that...lol. Thanks so much for watching and your comment.

The Spicy Chickenjoy beats Popeyes' regular and spicy chicken but between regulars of Jollibee and Popeye, Popeye wins. I'm a Filipino and born in 1975, it took more than 10 yrs before chickenjoy started to gain ground here in the Philippines that's why people around my age are loyal to KFC.

No, I think this location had it because it was in the Glorietta mall. But it was pretty cool.
