I have a 2009 Challenger SRT8. The push button start does not work. I get a damaged key on the dash, a red light, and a clicking noise briefly when I push the button. Everything else works, locks, trunk, starts outside the car. Is this a WIN Module issue? I got a new fob from Dodge thinking it may be the old fob malfunctioning, but it didn't do anything. Thanks

Hi my jeep grand cherokee overland has a starting issue it starts then cuts out 2 seconds later already changed the fuel pump relay but the issue is still there but if I take the key out and press the lock button on the key it beeps and the car starts is the issue the wireless ignition node?

If i take donor win not programmed connect it ant turn key. Ignition must come on fully on dash only not start the car?
Or dash remain black no lights?

Autostop if you take a WIN from a donor vehicle, it is already programmed to the donor vehicle. But, it will turn the instruments and crank vehicle but not stay ON. This will confirm you need a new WIN programmed to your vehicle's VIN

In my case i took donow win but dash light come on. Only factory alarm and immo light blinking. Car is dear. Ori win was damaged inside mcu is fried.
I saved data with keys etc. Wrote to donor win ,but problem remain. No cluster lights when turn key. I tested 12v ang ground present ok.
So probably problem is elswhere. As i programmed keys for dodge and crysler before. I remember 100% no matter i put ori key or not programmed key ignition myst come on fully. Just if key not programmed car not start.
