Yer its a pack set. Not just a brown box. Its a Modula for us with Lego city's. Think I might chandge it so the window not fold out just have it so can take the roof of an so can remove 2 nd level ..to look in..or make it so its open from the back...but cool how. Its different. Than open from the back. The roof. Has tomutch white add so I'm a do the roof tile black an pile of snow on the roof an snow on the window sile s

I was thinking this might be the most detailed set. I don’t know I might be wrong
Bought this for my son and it was Missing 112 pieces for the roof. He wanted to finish it right before christmas so we could watch Home Alone and have it by the TV.. we waited 5 weeks for the replacement brinks and he totally lost interest in LEGO and I had to beg him to finish it. He is 9. LEGO let us down big time.
He has to be 18 yrs old to build it
