    I love that you are talking about the diet culture foods and steering away from them. I am doing the same. I am realizing that it's not hindering me in my health goals and they taste so much better and are so much healthier for our body!     I recently started drinking a glass of water, with a half of lemon squeezed into it and 1 tbsp of chia seeds before going to bed. It has allowed me to have a healthy bowel movement every morning. In turn, that helps me feel better and more active throughout my day. Hope this helps anyone who might need it.

    Ashley, thank you so very much. I am a skipper of breakfast and lunch kinda gal. Now that I’m not working, I have started to skip lunch more days than not. This gives me some ideas to try. I’m not a big oatmeal lover, but I’ll at least try these. Thanks for the tips.

    Amazing Ashley ❤, I lost 25 pounds doing intermittent fasting. This helped me to lower my glucose levels and my primary care Dr. is so happy with the results. I am 71 and this has been easy for me to follow

      It’s also what are you eating. You didn’t lose weight just because of that one factor. You made good choices with food. Because if you Fasted but ate high calorie junk you wouldn’t have lost weight.

    Have you tried the Lakanto maple syrup? It's sweetened with Monk fruit. That may be a better alternative to the Walden farms on the ingredients side. It 20cal for 2tbsp😊

    CHOCZERO products! Best sugar free syrups and chocolates! Also, do try adding cinnamon to your breakfasts! It helps regulate glucose level.

    Totally agree with healthy clean foods. All that processed stuff is poison even though you may lose weight. I’m afraid of all the sweetened protein powder stuff too.

    A fantastic sub for using a zero cal syrup is just buy frozen fruit, thaw and heat in microwave and then add a tablespoon of maple syrup or honey and mash the fruit up with it. And use that mixture as syrup. You’re adding fruit anyways so it isn’t a big addition of calories

    For those of us who don’t like any artificial ingredients or artificial sweeteners some of these products will not work not to mention I have a dairy allergy so I can’t have the Kodiak cakes and I can’t eat whey protein
