If you haven’t figured it out yet with your pump. Loosen the glass plate a little until the starts to run. You need to keep pressing the power button while doing that. The rubber impeller gets stuck
Recently I bought 10 Automatic Radiator Bleed Valves from QVC and I handed them over to the Plumber just before Christmas. I have 9 Radiators and because QVC sells them in packs of 5 I will have one left over.
I’m a diy kind of person and sometimes I do small stuff on my hydronic boiler. I hear most repair guys saying that the psi on a boiler should be between 15-20 . Mine is at 30. Is that because the pressure relief valve on my boiler is set at 30 psi? And should the expansion tank be set at the same psi? I would appreciate a response.
12-16 psi for boiler depending on how many stories there are, above where the boiler is located. I’d match expansion tank pressure with pressure reducing valve. So if it’s 1 story house, 12 psi on reducing valve/ and set expansion tank to 12 as well. Pressure relief valve will blow if it exceeds 30 psi. If your system says 30 psi, you either have a faulty gauge, faulty reducing valve or a faulty expansion tank.
If you hear a strange whistle/wheeze sound in the background while watching this video, it’s not you it’s the video he has something beeping in the background.
my ears say it's the gas meter, must be an indoor one. heard many of them doing that in the past, the valve plates and mechanisms inside start to drag a bit and squeak with age.
Don't like the lawn mower and snow blower that clise to the boiler. Like the idea of trying to pump out the expansion tank with air. Sorry about your other pymp.
lmao, yeah, they all leak down pretty fast, they should be checked and air added once a year. if you let them get too low on air, it over extends the bladder and water can push past into the air side and eats the tank up or pops the bladder. many used to last way longer, but now I'm always finding them low or the schrader cores start leaking, sometimes not tight enough from factory or they seals go away.
Nice work man 😊happy new year 😊

Wow! Gas mowers next to the boiler that's not safe!

I'd have to remove the lawnmower, the snowblower and the dolly before I could get started. Ooph!
THANK YOU 😎 🤟 . HAPPY NEW YEAR

@@cancerking9416 tank should 12 psi and boiler should be about20.safety value blows at 30,so boiler should be lower.

Oh you was in a bad situation there if those mowers had gas in them with open flames from boiler do not mix
tell cust to get the shit out of the way b4 start ido or i leave
Nobody makes a good tank anymore, drives me crazy. Had to change a blown out calefuckto less than 4 years old 🤦

I hope you remembered to make a review video for our Sewer Camera, it's been almost six months since you received it. Thank you.
It's coming soon.
