Have you ever had a problem with your printer not printing, well in this tutorial i show you how to fix that, Very simple.
STEPS:
1:Unplug your printer
2: Go to your start menu
3: Click on "Control panel"
4:Click on "System and Security"
5:Click on "Administrative Tools"
6:Click On "SERVICES"
7:Click on "PRINT SPOOLER"
8:On the left hand side click on "STOP"
9:Plug your PRINTER BACK UP TO YOUR COMPUTER"
10:Then press START in PRINT SPOOLER"
your printer should print Now!

It is 2022. I have just spent the last three hours doing everything under the sun to make my printer print. It seemed to have a disconnect between computer and printer. I did all the Epson recommendations, did maintenance, replaced an ink cartridge, pulled my hair out, wept on the floor. THEN I found this video and IT WORKED, even though the Epson whatever was supposed to have done something with the spooling about 2 hours ago! You have saved the life of my printer! It was about to be beaten to shrapnel with a hammer any time now, just like I did with the last one!

Excellent!!!! Thank you so much! This solved my problem! This is a brand new printer that I printed on once before receiving an error message. I called Lexmark to assist me with my problem. They told me that it wasn't a printer issue, but a software issue and that I would have to pay $79 or $119 to get assistance with this issue. I worked for the document I was working on at the time. But the next time I tried to print it happened again. Is there a setting in the spool settings I should change? Can't imagine doing this stop/start spool every time I print.

when I restarted it I got to know that mine was a incomplete installation problem therefore when I reinstall then it started printing thanks a lot for uploading this video. ^_^
I've had a couple of HP printers. After a while they stop working: Problems with paper feed, ink cartridges, connection to computer and so on. I am starting to believe that these products are designed to work for a certain period of time only.
And my previous computer from HP got a hard drive problem. I will NEVER again buy a product from HP.

I used to work for a big box retailer, and can actually confirm this is true for some manufacturers products. They design products to last for 2 years and then break, one of the higher ups in corporate admitted to it, and that it's not a tinfoil hat theory.

30 minuetse trying to find a solution to the problem, came a cross the video (great tutorial BTW); began the operation only to discover my girlfriends foot was the culprit for removing the USB which connected the printer 😂

After following your steps, I'm still having problems. I managed to print just fine before I installed Windows 10. I don't know if that's the cause, but that's the only thing I've changed recently. Now when I print, I get "Communication not Available. The printer cannot communicate with the computer." The solutions they offered didn't work. I have no idea what could be the problem and how to fix it. URGH!!! The computer detects the printer, but it refuses to print!

I didn't even disconnect and it still worked. But you can turn off the wireless or turn it off completely.

Did not work for me. Windows 10 seems to have different options
Judy Purdee - Doughnut know if you got your printer back or not....but w/HP printer & computer running Windows 10 and using Chrome, just go down to lower rt corner, click "show hidden icons", & if printer symbol sits next to vol, click it. Just screw around with what comes up & your printer gets reinitialized. Just open a print window and see if it woks. May The Force be with you!!!

Facing the same issue
Either it is not connected properly with USB or internet. If the printer has a wireless or ethernet option, connect it. Follow the instructions. If there is not ethernet or wireless option, you need to use USB only. Make sure you install the full software and drivers for the printer. For example, type in Google "HP 477dw printer driver" (type the model of your printer before 'printer driver'), you will find the HP site for the printer. Download and install (follow instructions). That will most likely do the trick, if all else fails, use the Add Printer option in devices under Control Panel. Add it via there by searching for it, if it doesn't show up, use the 'Older printer search' and see if that pops up. But if that doesn't work, it's not connected to the PC at all or the printer is not working.

I didn't disconnect the printer: just clicked "Stop" on the Service Status and waited for a few seconds when "Start" option became available. Then clicked on "Start" and printer went back to working. Thank you! Great explanation!
