It says in the text that this is from a scene where the Sardaukar are walking down some stairs during the raid of Arakeen, because of their helmets and because of how dark the scene was it was hard for them to see where they were going so once they got to the bottom they came face to face with a wall and instead of turning around and walking back into frame of the camera which might ruin the shot they decided to just stop at the wall in a huddle and not move until the filming of that scene was finished.
It’s such bullshit that all these deleted scenes that you can clearly see where shot will probably never been seen in any additional footage. Same with the new film that literally had actors cut entirely
