- Aloo Handi is the most unique and unusual street food of Mumbai that is found nowhere else. ‘Handi’ is made out of potato scoops topped with boiled chana, onion, chat masala sprinkling and tamarind water.

Believe me. I have never had any stomach infection from eating street food in lndia. But l have had stomach problems from eating in star hotels where they normally use refrigated meat for long peariod.

For once somewhat healthy food ( mashed potato with brown chick peas) in mumbai. As result, The people eating it also look healthy
@Skankhunt 42agree totally. but im only referring to the mashed potato with brown chickpeas. This is a veg dish with some nutrition and also less spice. Usual indian veg street food has little nutrition , only taste
@Skankhunt 42 no, these are veg hindus. Vendor will be in big trouble if he uses even meat flavor. He is using tamarind water, chilli, coriander etc. But it is advisable not to eat the watery stew in street stall.

Hand gloves gives us a perceived notion of safety....It's the same thing gloves or no gloves....😶😶Even with the gloves, the person touches various surfaces and germs are still on the gloves.
