Isn't there an inherent contradiction in saying that sexual partners can adapt to each others sexual needs, yet human sexuality is a set biological imperative that humans cannot shape into relationships at the same time.?
Dan Savage can take fairly good written material and then he goes and puts so much of his flaming gay personality into the telling of it that he destroys whatever was unique or clever about the writing in the first place. He could have been a first class raconteur if he only knew how to rein himself in a bit. Like exaggerated over acting to ensure he gets enough attention. It detracts from the message of whatever topic he delivers. He just has has to be over the top to demonstrate that he is SO clever. Tiresome. Just stick to your writing,Dan.
