They can make the refund system so much better, they can refill the refund tickets each season, give you a warning before purchasing an item if you clicked by accident like are you sure you want to buy this?, and by allowing you to try a skin for like a couple of games before you buy it to make sure you like the skin.

I can confirm that this still works. I bought the Bruno mars skin, emote, and lobby music. I figured there wasn’t going to be any exiting new crossovers for some time. Then the uncharted skins get announced, and I had no refund tickets. I was able to buy the bundle for only 200 vbucks and canceled it, getting all my vbucks back. So again, this does work.
The thing is, you can use the skin for couple of games (normally it's only valid for few time and only if you're in lobby after you play a match then you need to refund it with refund token) So you can try the skin, play a bunch of games, and then refund it without spending your tokens

@@heroic9773 it gives you the vbucks of all refunded items. Since the only way to refund is through the bundle you get the bundle's ammount (which doesn't effect the refund ammount earned given how bundles work).
