yes, banishing infinite level ups works. also banishing infinite level ups banish these stats from military training upgrades so is extremeley beneficial to banish them.
btw your weapon cooldown was already capped (seen in the statlist) so grabbing more doesnt do anything for you.

But seriously, I always do automatic placement, so YT determines the best ad spots based on the scan. I’ll reduce if it’s to many.
