- The Doom Patrol originally made its first appearance in ‘My Greatest Adventure’ issue 80, published in June 1963. Doom Patrol is a team of superhumans or metahumans who are misfits for society, similar to the mutants of Marvel’s X-men. Published a few months before Marvel’s X-men, this DC team consists of tragic heroes with a dark past. Not wanting their powers in the first place, the members struggle to understand and control the powers they refer to as a curse. Led by a genius and wealthy inventor in a wheelchair, Dr. Niles Caulder, the team saves the world on many occasions. Written by Arnold Drake and Bob Haney, the Doom Patrol, face deadly and strong opponents and protect the world. Some enemies possess absurd powers that are deadly in their own way and in today’s video, we will be talking about the top 10 Insanely Absurd But Deadly Doom Patrol Villains.

Bro it is crazy how most of the threats and villains the Doom Patrol face were created in some way by Niles.
Yes, it makes you wonder who the real villian is?
Fact check: Crazy Jane was in the comics and first appeared in Grant Morrison’s run (vol. 2, #19).
Thank you for adding your comment. I am glad that I'm not the only one who knows where Crazy Jane originally came from.
They really need to check facts and rewatch their videos before putting it out there.
@@darkmage1966 she's also based on that lady who had 92 personalities Truddi Chase
@@SuperSteven2323 speak the facts then , cuz I wanna know em . There's so many people that say different things and I get lost or I'm usually wrong when I tell someone it & there like na that's not facts , this is what really happened Lol
Yeah I don't think this guy has actually read or watched the series. It's a bit painful.
The Morrison Doom Patrol books have a spot on my bookshelf. Getting the older reprint books of the classic series is annoyingly difficult/expensive
I wanted to get em but I bet😅
Omg yes. I have the Morrison ones but I looked into the silver era series and wooof
Crazy Jane came from the comics!
Yep, right from the start of the Grant Morrison run!
Sorry, but you're just flat out wrong about Crazy Jane not being in the comics. She was a Grant Morrison creation and has been throughout the whole series ever since. Only thing the show did was switch around and/or specify a few powers differently than the comics. Show Lucy Fugue throws Electricity while Comics Lucy Fugue creates Vibrations for example.
I would love to see how General Immortus and Vandal Savage would interact since they are both immortal
Or Grodd and Mallah . . . .
@@johnminehan1148 If I recall, during Salvation Run Grodd dismissed Mallah's gorilla-ness and beat him to death with The Brain.
General immortus is on season 4!
@@johnminehan1148 mallah was on season 3
@@eduardoalamo1240 such a calm, resonable approach on Grodd's part . . . .
Fun Fact: In the Cartoon Network show Evil con Carne, the protagonists were a Parody/Homage of the Brotherhood of Evil.
Anybody else die inside everytime he say decreator wrong
I remember the episode where a young Niles encountered Red Jack and asked him if he was Jack The Ripper.
The villain you refer to is Decreator (pronounced DEE-CREATOR, NOT DECK-REE-ATOR)
I'm glad I wasn't the only one bugged by this
I had to skip past that one it was bugging me too much
Crazy Jane is from Grant Morrison's run on the Doom Patrol! You people need to make sure what you are saying about the things you talk about. The Doom Patrol first appeared in My Greatest Adventure #80 and would take the name of the Doom Patrol with issue #86 & onward.
The other guy up there said she first appeared in his comics volume 2 #19 I believe , everyone seems pretty upset that the channel didn't get some of their facts right . But in their defense comics and that whole world is so hard to follow understand, and learn sometimes .
@trixiemahmod100 Ok but she first appeared in Vol.2 in 1989, you just need to Google "Crazy Jane 1st appearance" to find out. It just take 1 minute.
Oh you're so wrong, they are not similar to the Marvel's xmen, the xmen are similar to the doom patrol
Yasss queeeeen this is true
He also said Crazy Jane doesn’t exist in the comic books… he has no idea what he’s talking about
You can tell this guy doesnt cair about this show, not even enough to actually watch it he is just reading it of wikipedia or something, all of the gramatical errors and weird paceing
Alan Tudyk was the absolute best casting for Mr Nobody!!
Animal-vegetable-mineral-man is too funny 😅
Dude, Crazy Jane was created IN the comics... Grant Morrison run.
Crazy Jane is a member of the doom patrol in the comics
I love how weird these series is so far I'm loving it

Oh ya when Baby Doll Jane put Dorothy in the furnace. That was dark! No
Wonder she made the wish!
Great explanation on every villain . I will have to check this comic series out. Looks wild!
I'm still sad about Baby Doll and Katie
I love how they’re these ragtag “hero’s” but they face justice league level threats
There greatest enemy is Niles Calder
Mr Nobody is pretty powerful.
I’d like to see a live action Porcelain Assassin with her repair crew
Doom Patrol is the coolest hero group ever bc they have everything: awesome deep characters, epic and sad and fun stories and an amazing series and comics
Please make a video talking about the doom patrol please
Pretty sure it de-creator and not dec-reator.
Wow, Jane IS in comic books, not at the very beginning but in the Vol.2. You just saw the tv show and check wiki-fandom to complete holes ?
Also you mispronounced Monsieur (wich is not the 1st name of the gorilla) and De-creator... and Lucy Fugue, like... fugue !
Insanely absurd but deadly = Doom Patrol
I am very hyped for season 4.
Omg me too, I love this show so much. I want it to go for a while and have a movie
Thoughts on it for now?
@@kailevil3444I liked it. Kinda bummed there isn’t gonna be a 5th 😢
Uhm... I think you forgot red jack..
The repeated mispronunciation of "Monsieur" and the narrators use of it like it's a first name, when it is instead a french form of adress and the equivalent of "Mister", makes me angry.
15:03 Jane's power is immortality. K doesn't age when she's Jane. I thought it was quite obvious :/
The brain is also a teentitans enemy
Like actually it kinda exposes that he prolly doesn't like doom patrol

Why does doom patrol sound like it's made by image comics?
Immortus is the not only the main villain in s4 but Doom Patrol IS Project Immortus!
So this dude hasn't watched the series I'm assuming bc the way he says Decreator and Lucy Fugue is driving me insane
Amazing
99% of the time always with 2 eyes, 2 ears, 1 nose, 1 mouth these villains. Ooh scary. What gives.
Imagine Grant Morrison crossing Doom Patrol and The Invisibles.
9:20 LARRY NO YOU CANT SAY THAT
Reminds me of Spot from Marvel lol I wonder who was created first
Of all the cannon gay relationships in this I didn't imagine it to be Mallah and Brain😂😂😂
Id be more inclined to subscribe if you guys gave factual information.
The Animal-Vegetable-Minieral Man character is not Swedish in the show, though. 😒😑😤
Wow
I like how you say Jeenyuz
Are you saying Crazy Jane or Daddy is original to the show?
David Haller, Legion, has a power similar to Jane
Mr nobody is someone that is way to OP
dude just say anything and it happens
Decorator lol. The way you pronounce Decreator is extremely funny. It sounds like you are saying decorator! It's pronounced de- creator!! Great information in the rest of the video though!
The Doom Patrol Deserves an Standalone Film, an Live-Action debut in the DCEU/Snyderverse films, with James Gunn and Takia Watiti as Directors, with Bryan Crantson as Dr Niles Caulder/The Chief, Rebecca hall as Rita Farr/Elasticgirl, Nick Kroll as Larry Trainer/ Negative Man, Bruce Greenwood as Steve Farr/ Mento, and Seth Rogen as Cliff Steele/ Robot Man
Nah they need the current cast in the show and we need to fund for their movie 🍿
The only one I disagree with is Cliff. Brenden Frazier made Cliff awesome. Let him keep playing the character

Crazy Jane **IS** in the comic books, she first appeared in Grant Morrison’s run. Also, it’s pronounced Lucy F-YOO-G, not Lucy FOOGOO. You’ve never head of a “fugue state”?
On the miniature we have 3 characters one is obviously Mr. Nobody but can someone enlighten me as to who the other two are
The Brain looks so much like a Dalek, I am surprised why the BBC isn't suing DC Comics
you forgot the fact that the Brain and Mallah are lovers
He mentioned that a couple of times
The brain was wasted in this show, sorry it’s true

Mr Samuel knows how to analyse the market activities very well
What does this have to do with Doom Patrol. So you just basically hijacked this video in order to promote your agenda. Make your own video about how good this guy is .
