It's now 2024 and I still take my Lumia 1020 with me on holiday as there is something about the pictures that is like old film cameras from my youth, I love the fact that the camera did the "best shot" ages before Google worked it out last year :) Don't get me wrong I loved my Pixel 2XL and am having fun with the Pixel 8 and the Pixel 8 pro I have but my N1020 will always have a special part in my tech heart.

This is the type of professional presentation and demonstration of a camera phone that I want to see of the Lumia 950. But Microsoft didn't push that camera at all despite it being much better than even the 1020's camera. I have both and I love the 950 and I want to see what it's capable of in the hands of people who know how to properly work a camera to its fullest potential.

Never thought that something so small would be this amazing. I had the Nokia Lumia 1520, and I would say. It is just a amazing piece of device.
2024 and the camera is still good. Zeiss is really good, I must say. No need for expensive lenses. It's cinematic as it is.
Fast forward to Oct 2018 and the Nokia video quality still looks better than many other phones today. My favorite look is the Nokia 808

Nope, everything was shot handheld without any rigs. That's one of the reasons why we managed to film the short in just 1 hour and 30 min :)

Actually really liked the look of the 808 in that backlit shot. Might have just been better exposed but it seemed to have a bit more dynamic range.
