The Devs failed to mention all the Future Content notes they added in the comments section of the Steam Update located here. steamcommunity.com/app/1149460/eventcomments/758393776033032595?snr=1_2108_9__2107 We only know to report on things if they are mentioned. They had absolutely NO mention of this being placed in that comments section at the time of doing this update video so it was not included. Sorry for the inconvenience but I'm not going to be re-doing the video to include it. You can check the above link. Usually they say something if its too large for the steam update. Not this time.
Seems like the devs may have been watching your last update review - they sure got wood for the coconut trees really fast! And I'll take that as a useful addition for an update. Can't wait to see the BUILD video! Cheers! JW

@@LateNightStream i wasnt talking about that. I was referencing when they said to check the comments cause they never know how much space the full notes are gonna take up. If youve looked at their previous patch notes then i would look there all the time just in case. Cause you never know what their schedules or time frames are like especially with doing weekly updates.
Did they ever fix the Maelstrom mission? I tried last night, but was unable to interact with the scanner once it was placed down. Thanks for the update vids!
Honestly, before they do any other updates I think they should do some optimization. I don't think it's right that despite the fact that my buddy has the best computer amongst most people, he still has lag issues whenever I join his open world. Oddly enough, putting a bunch of powered animal repellents around the perimeter has greatly increased his frame rate. But it's still pretty bad and he doesn't want to play in that world because of it.

And still no plans to add pause to solo games for people that have responsibilities and unable to lock ourselves away from the world for hours to play. And please spare me the recommendations of this or that crappy mod or computer program that may pause the game.
Dear Dev's... Fix the brain dead Ai. There might as well not even be animals, pets in the game, all they do is get stuck and do nothing. Mobs in the desert zones just spawn in a group in front of you. Been playing since it came out years ago. They love adding DLC but cant be bothered to fix the base game.
Omg this bug fixes, don't focus on the proper bugs acouring with the buildings not calculating the shelter properly, having to lose benches and crafting machines due to the improper shelter calculations in a fully closed base , and yea it was not bigger then 10x10 tiles. Omg
I feel your pain! Until I found out about the 10 x 10 I used to have this all the time. I would place mortars all around the base to find the unsheltered areas during storms... Building within 10 x 10 sucks for me as i love wide open bases. However, I have not had the "missing piece" or wierd "unsheltered" effects occur in a 10 x 10 or less base with one exception - glass ceilings can be wonky on their own. Specifically glass corner pieces, especially if it is multiple layers (two or more "levels" of the ramped glass, requiring corners in each level) may lead to no shelter beneath them. To compensate I place a flat glass tile above what needs sheltering. Vis the 10 x 10, remember that anything that breaks the building into larger than 10 (a balcony, a stair on the edge, bridge or walkway, etc) seems to put the structure into jeopardy.
oh dont you hate losing a table for lack of shelter. WTF!!!! makes me scream at computer every time. Oh but my water barrels content size NEEDS to be addressed.
@@johnwilkinsoniv1746 yea noticed that , had 10x10 and added some exterior dirt foundations, so I can plant some flowers on them w8th the excavator shovel from the workshop , and the shelter calculations started to "malfunction" seriously, was show8ng shelter from on position I I was moving along the crate , workbench etc...was showing sheltered, it was like on/off switch 2 sec sheltered 5 sec not
@jasenmorin4936 me and another 10 friends uninstalled the game already, we gone play Conan Exiles until this problem is addressed in a patch note , if not, we will never waste our time with the game

so the heating canteen is still broken, in your clip you can see it will provide cooling modifier not heating modifier as it should

It's very bad, and having dogs that you pay for is really annoying when they just sit there and bark at the wall all the time.
