Help Tonga and learn how to donate effectively!

While all our Pasifika aiga want to donate & help with raising funds for Tonga in this time, it’s important to know the right ways to do this, as sending containers at this time may not be possible or helpful.
The Council for International Development (Umbrella organisation for New Zealand's aid charities) have put together some resources on how to best support our Tongan communities on the ground, and how we can all make our alofa felt in the most impactful ways.

send your own stuff to your family or send cash. i was in Tonga after Gita, and seen first hand how NEMO and redcross was distributing stuff in Tonga. Embarrassing lots of it
