True enlightenment is synonymous with simplicity, humility, sagacity, and wisdom - as exemplified by the legendary gurus of yesteryears - like Lord Gautama Budha and Swami Vivekanandji - for instance - among others ! For such divinely traits, they are still being remembered by the people and held in very high esteem ! Someone of the caliber and brilliance of Lord Gautama Budha and Swami Vivekanandji is born only once in centuries !
It goes without saying that it's not absolutely necessary on the part of someone to indulge in - any sort of chest thumping - or - shout from the rooftop - to get noticed ! Real greatness comes out into the open on its own ! No one can cover it up for long - however hard and long one may try !
How right was someone in his assessment in saying - " Respect has to be earned ; not commanded !"

Being comfortable in solitude, away from all distractions for long periods of time, connecting with nature and with your inner self through meditation will eventually lead you to enlightenment. It requires immense discipline and will power, and preserving your veerya for men.

yeah, realization is a key for someone to immensely empowered themselves. In normal life people are cruising around as the wind flow, once you've come to realizations you wanted to steer your own life. Once you tried to steer your own life too much you'd come to realization that nothing is absolute and sometimes you'll have to let go, that's when you achieved the best possible foundation of life which you'll only steer as you must and let the wind carry you to your goals. I'm trying to be subtle but there is no better words I could think of, live pleasantly as possible so that's the true happiness is. Nothing else ahead just live pleasantly :)

this is very deep is may seem simple but we often overcompensate for our internal feelings by consuming in excess. it is important to strengthen the soul and the spirit and your intelligence, before anything else. that way you are resilient and good spirited, which will also lead to good physical health and long term life. strong internal.
