In this video, I am going to show you the original recipe of beef Shami kabab. Shami kabab of chicken or beef is most famous in Pakistan and India. Shami kabab is a very simple and most delicious dish for your parties and dinners.

Written Ingredients:
Chickpea lentil 500gms
Beef Meat 1kg
Garlic 5cloves
Ginger 1inch
Water 3glass
Salt 1.5tsp for meat
Red Chilli Powder 2tsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1.5tsp
Cumin 2tsp
Coriander 1.5tsp
Garam Masala 0.5tsp
Utensils:
Shami Maker

Tried today... the beef that I used had a very low fat content ... so had to use an egg to make the mixture sticky...otherwise it turned out yummmyy 👌 👌 👌
Bhut zabardast masaley aur hisab bhi bilkul theek hai. Mein ne 2kg beef aur 1kg daal se banaya aur masaley double kardiye. Perfect. Agar is ne taza dhaani aur podina chota chota kar kar dalein tau aur bhi mazedar bantey hain
