I know many are gonna claim a bunch of stuff (and did in the live chat occasionally) but if these sorts of things aren't talked about they will get brushed under the rug and can happen again. If people want to claim it shouldn't be used then it should have been removed by the talents who uploaded it. They uploaded it and have kept it up since.

Yes and no. The way she speaks does sound very young. But yes, when it comes to Vtubers, often the voice itself is not really an indication of how young or how old they are.

Funny thing about a Non-Compete clause with being a VTuber is it's never actually enforceable even in Japan unless under very specific circumstances such as idols where the face and name are known as a example. But for a VTuber you usually don't know the face or name of a new VTuber unless they are doxxed and even then that should not be a consideration as that would unfairly limit their job opportunities and would encourage people to dox a VTuber just to make sure they are not violating a non compete People in Japan that may or may not be reading this, could you clarify the non compete clause for Japan for me? As I am honestly not sure if it would be upheld with VTubers in Japan or if courts would dismiss it because I live in America these things are not really legally enforceable in the first place here for most of the US as only 13 states have no restrictions on them out of the 50 states and DC. Other states has some restrictions on them with 4 so far that I know of having full on bans including one of the most memed on states California as it's one of the most Anti-American states and a non compete ban is one of the most American things ever to exist. And before anyone asks a NDA still covers trade secrets and Corporate espionage is still illegal and actually a felony with a sentence of up to 15 years if convicted so Non-Compete clauses are just a waste of time and anti competitive so it's bad for the job market of any country since they promote stagnation not a thriving economy Anyways that's my unsolicited 2 cents

@CRYOgenicideVT people do have the right for privacy, this dumb drama group activity bully and spread misformation with open air to spread rumors for the viewers all because they believe they right for some talents gave some information. Some talents don't want to give information to some drama vtuber because of thier disgusting actions. All he as done is bully and made a hate group to Erebus who has done nothing wrong, all because she doesn't want to give information to him, so instead he as made lies and rumors to Erebus with no proof what so ever. Just sounds like some talents hate Erebus all because she is more popular than some of them
